Hotel was ok generally. room was clearn. hot water was available very tiny and uncomfortable bathroom, change it to a shower please. the room shown on the inernet is very spacious whereas the room we got was very tiny. To our surprise and disdain the hotel did not even have a room to keep our luggage, |

The location is very convenient Bed linen had hairs in it as well as basin. No towels in room on arrival. The worst view I have ever experienced. I stayed previously and had a much better room - its the reason I returned. |

The location. I was very dissapointed to know that hotel doesn't offer luggage keeping service. As alternative is given the paddington station place which to me is not a service level for a hotel of this category. |

Good size of two-persons room, cleaning, free adapter and nice internet access Bad service, almost just hot water all the time, no luggage room which gave us big troubles, and no interest in the reception to help out much. |

The shower at the bathtub was too short. My boyfriend had to bow everytime to take a shower. The courting was all the time gluing on you while taking a shower. The matress was unconfortable and we had pain in the back because of it. |

The hotel was centrally located close to some very good shops and lively restaurants all offering good value meal deals and is very close to Queensway underground, ideal for accessing all parts of London. A very good hotel for visitors in and outside the UK The hotel looked impressive from the outside but was a bit bland on the inside. Access to our room was through a back corridor and up a short flight of stairs. This area was in dire need of redecoration. |

Very good location, staff were courteous, room was initially clean. Room not cleaned properly during the stay, had to kill a cockroach, refridgerator only worked when I was in the room, walls were incredibly thin. |

The staff were all friendly and helpful - full of youthful enthusiasm! The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were sufficient though not extravagent. I felt that the price was good and was not inflated with the excuse of luxury toiletries. Just one thing: the cleaning staff should look beneath the lavatory - rather unpleasant! (Room 135) |

Location and price were fantastic. I realize hotel bar prices are always expensive, but this bar was very pricey. |

After reading reviews I was pleasantly surprised with our room. We found that it was clean and everything worked. Very good location, a few steps away from the train station. The breakfast wasn't very nice. Slightly noisy at night. |

Central Park Hotel was absolutely awesome! I especially liked the fact that the location made it extremely easy to get around London. It is close to both the Queensway and Bayswater tube stations which made getting around totally easy. In addition, the Concierges were very helpful in outlining my trips for me on the tube and bus maps, which made my sightseeing events effortless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who truly wants to tour London without any hassels. All in all I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The one thing I would suggest is that they somehow find a way to add the instructions for operating the TV to the room brochure because it can be very confusing for guest to figure out. At first, I thought the TV did not work but later discovered that after hitting the power button, you then have to hit the + sign on the right and then either the + or - sign on the left. Very confusing but I fugured it out! |

It was close to a number of restaurants and bars which allowed you to choose to eat outside of the hotel. The rooms had been recently redecorated but the old fashioned beadspread was the only thing I saw when looking at the photos of the room which is a shame because the room itself was pleasant. I think that if you change the beadspreads the photos of the rooms will come across much better and you will be able to compete with higher priced hotels. |
