They don't provide buggage storage facility!!! It was very uncomfortable for us because we had to leave room at 12 o'clock in the noon while our plane was leaving from Heathrow at 10 o'clock in the evening.

After reading the reviews I wondered what we had let ourselves in for.But after staying their we were very surprised how good it was. Lack of an interesting evening menu.Breakfast seemed rather expensive,as you could get one at half the price nearby.

The hotel met my immediate need for a comfortable overnight stay prior to attending an all-day event near Embankment Underground station. The hotel is a short walk from Queensway underground which simplified my travelling to the meeting I came to attend. There is, also, along Queensway, a good selection of local shops, open into the evening, which I visited and a selection of restaurants, in one of which I dined. For exercise, Kensington Gardens are just across Bayswater Road. The hotel is of relatively modern design & construction. My room was comfortable, the private bathroom was fitted with the option to shower rather than bathe if so desired. Definitely a hotel to get to know better - by using it again. The room I was able to secure ( in a well-filled hotel booking through this web-site ) was not particularly well-suited to either my liking for listening to Radio 4 or reading, or being able to work on documents. I did give my comments to the management when I checked out, and I shall be interested to see if my suggestions have been acted upon when I get another opportunity to stay there, which I intend to do.

Only reason I liked the hotel was the location as I was running the marathon so hyde park was covienient for running before the event. Had problems with the key on 4 differnet occastions in 2 days. They could not deal with a late checkout request in till the morning of departure which was not the best when you are getting ready for a marathon. I will not re-book at this hotel.

Good location, great staff. Would use again. Tables for one or two at breakfast rather than group tables would have been nice, but minor problem, everything else was great.

I am sorry to say I was dissapointed with the Facilities in the Hotel. My Shower was not working I rang house keeping number of times and reception desk. No action was taken. There was no communication between the Duty Mananger or House Keeping. I ended up without a shower. Very dissapointed with customer service.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very central. The room, although small, was clean and well kept. The reception and concierge staff unfortunately do not have a very customer- friendly attitude. As customer you have to be happy to have got a room - don't expect anything else: Breakfast is strictly reglemented - changes are not possible; drinks in the bar and vouchers at the reception have to be paid immediately - there is no such thing of putting it on the bill for the room. The choosen tv station in the bar has to please the concierge and not the customers.

The hotel is in an excellent location; just a bus ride to Oxford Street and a few steps away from Kensington Gardens. There is a good range of cafes and restaurants around the corner if you want to eat near to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic, clean and quiet. We felt that it was very good value for money. The mattress was a bit soft and probably in need of replacing.

Absolutely shocking stay. Items went missing from our room, shortly after we arrived. It was all handled appalling, the staff were rude and brushed us aside. Not one person apologised. Customer service was horendous, we were not allowed to see a general manager and everyone kept passing the buck, in the end we logged it with the police, who were fantastic, no gesture of goodwill or any form of apology. They completely disregarded our request to not enter our room again. Whilst we were stood at the concierge a lady came down stating that she had so found bugs in her room, staff didn't even apologise just said hed move her room! Absolutely appalling. However was a great location

Staff is realy helpful and kind. Absolutly poor food. Nothing to order for little kid. They even manage to spoil pene with pesto. It was too fat and covered by slather of hard sticky cheese. Room wasn't clean. There were dusty places near beds never touched by cleaner. Bathroom also was not carefuly cleaned during our stay.

Location The receiptionists are very rude. The room number 844 was a blind room on teh basement like a prison cell with no window. They have no luggage storage. In my confirmation mail there is no info about no luggage storage, or a room without a window. The room was equipped for disabled people. I find it shameful to design a room without a window for disable people. I also think that the Hotel is discriminating between the guests and reserve not fine rooms for booking.com customers. I strongly recommend you to review your terms with this Hotel. Regards.

It was rite next to the park and subway which proved handy even though I don't know the city to well. It does what it says on the tin really and provides what a 3star hotel should. It wasn't to busy there either, I didn't need to cram into the elevator to get to my room, which I like. The thing that blew it for me and would probably cement the option of not coming back was how I had a very important conference call in my room around lunch, the room phone rang constantly (which Im guessing was the cleaners as I could hear them outside), then a cleaner knocked on my door - even though I put the "Do not disturb up", following that I told her I was OK but she decided to ignore this and came in anyway, this distrupted my call & cost me a sale! I was extremely angry with that, above that the cleaners made so much noise when I tried to sleep & I think this hotel could do better. Also the walls are paper thin!

Easy access to 2 tube stations and the bus stop. Near the market so you can grab breakfast or anything from the local Tesco instead of the hotel's breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and the value for money was excellent. did not look like a cheap hotel.

I stayed in a single room that was sold at a discount price. Size of the room was decent compared to other hotels I stayed in the same area. All together a positive experience. Internet is not free and rather expensive.
