Nice clean room, a good size room and good size double bed, great power shower, good location. Was worried about cleanliness and insects based on reviews on this site. this was not a problem. nearest tube station is queensway which is on the central line. Room was very warm (housekeeping staff helped me with the air conditioning), i definitely saw a bug (cockroach?) in the wardrobe the morning i was leaving but seeing one is probably fairly normal in a city like London. the room was quite dark, but that's not a major problem. |

Very good location. 1) I was bitten by bedbug. It's true, because I've caught it. 2) Bad smell. 3) I booked double room, but reception gave me twice the twin room keys, because in their computer these rooms were indicated as double. P.S. I was in many provincial hotels in ussr. They were neither perfect nor comfortable, but I never was bitten by bedbug. In central part of London I was. |

The hotel was modern and clean. It is located across the street from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, so we were able to go running each morning in the park. That was a principal factor in choosing the hotel. The place was extremely sterile. It had no style whatsoever. Continental breakfast was pathetic. The room (a triple) was tiny. The walls were paper thin and we listened to the next door room's lovemaking and conversation all night long. |

This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel and the thing I like most about it is its excellent location. I stayed in a single room. which was a little small, but it did the trick, as I was only staying for the weekend. If my trip was longer, I think the room may have gotten uncomfortable. The reception doesn't have an area to keep luggage. I wasn't catching my train until the evening of the day I checked out, which meant that I had to hump my weekend bag around London with me for 8 hours. Most hotels you go to have a storage facility where you can leave your bags and pick them up later. It's just an added bit of service that makes your stay a bit easier. Also, the staff aren't the friendliest & could use a little more training in customer service. There were a few occasions where I was at the reception desk & they left me standing there for minutes at a time, without even acknowledging me - and they weren't even with other clients! The clients should come first. |

Not a lot. It was basic. Would not repeat the experience unless the price was halved. 1950's style blankets! in the 21st century? What's wrong with a bit of common sense-an extra pillow per person-even if only to watch the tele' in comfort. |

location is great, no any noise, obtainable price. Lack of cloak chamber is a serious inconvenience (to prolongate the room for late check-out was also impossible due to full booking). |

Good location in Bayswater near bus and underground. Ridiculous system with breakfast vouchers. Relatively noisy; sometimes felt like living in a shoe box. |

Good location with choice of two Tube lines giving quick access to the whole network. Accommodation good given the price charged. Very poor sound proofing of rooms. All activities in neighbouring rooms clearly audible. Quality of self service breakfast and organisation could be improved upon. |

They did not have a luggage room. That destroyed our second day. I would never stay there again. |
