They don't provide buggage storage facility!!! It was very uncomfortable for us because we had to leave room at 12 o'clock in the noon while our plane was leaving from Heathrow at 10 o'clock in the evening.

I normally don't write such reviews, but this hotel is so bad, worst hotel I ever stayed. I have booked it for 2 nights and the second night I had to rebook in different hotel. Rooms are extremely small, smelly and dirty, the first one I got even didn't have a window, just a bed in 4 square meters, then I complained and managed to get another. No airco, noisy... Don"t book this hotel !!!!!

Before we asked for another room, they put us in a room in the basement, where we slept the first night. The room is with no window, an extra small double bed and everything is miniature. So, when u get to the reception, and they give you the room key & number and tell you to go to the elevators and press b, b doesnt stand for a hotel sector, but simply means Basement :p So, tell them, you want another room (which is much better, bigger room, bigger bed, and a window) with a window. Its crazy they even let people sleep in those rooms in the basement for more than one night, especially for the money you pay.

Our experience at your Hotel was very enjoyable, our room was clean, tidy & our bed was very comfortable, all the staff were very helpfully & pleasent. Thank you. The one & only think we did not like about the hotel facilities were you had no facilities for left luggage.

I liked the fact that the Hotel was centrally located and was near to 2 Tube Stations. It was also reasonably priced and clean. I did not like the fact that there was no left luggage room therefore once we checked out at 1200 we had to lug our luggage around London for the rest of the day. The bath tub side was also ridiculously high and although I am six foot I nearly had a hernia getting my leg over and into the bath! My head also nearly touched the ceiling once in the bath!

Good location - close to underground stations - and was offered at a good price for London. Affordable and good standard restaurants very close I booked a 'double room' and it was very small - as one person it was ok, but had my wife been with me it would have been cramped. The worst thing by far was the refusal to store luggage on the day of check out. I had two fairly heavy yet not large bags. I checked out at 9am with a full day of activities in London ahead. My train journey home from Euston was not until 9pm so my plan - as is the custom - was to leave the bags in storage at the hotel and then pick them up at the end of the day. As it was, I had to make alternative plans and then looked like an idiot bringing these bags into my first meeting for the day. I then, at considerable cost had to have the bags stored elsewhere for the rest of the day. This effectively added £17 to my costs. Had I known of this policy in advance, I would not have selected this hotel. I think Central Park Hotel needs to declare 'no luggage storage on day of check out' up front in their advertising. It is a big issue for many traveller's - I noticed two other groups of people in the brief time I was at the desk also having their day thrown into chaos when refused luggage storage. I make no criticism here of the front desk staff - they were courteous and look embarrassed when giving the refusal. The management are accountable for this unsatisfactory situation - either change the policy or be up front in advertising. I would not recommend the hotel for this reason.

The perfect location, close to tube station and cite centre The fact that they charged my credit card with the price of the first stay although the booking.com profile said no pre-payment is needed. I have left the hotel 2 days ago - and payed for the whole stay on arrivel in cash - but the money they 'blocked' still did not re-appear on my account. No luggage room at all.

Excellent location with Hyde Park just across. Close to shopping, restaurants. Hotel room very clean and quiet. I truly recommend. I will always stay when I visit London. The only thing negative is that there is no luggage storage on departure. No storage for luggage on departure date.

Within 2 short blocks of 2 underground stations, numerous restaurants of all types and pricing, some stores and a bus stop at its corner of Bayswater Rd. which included the Red Bus city tour, it is an ideal location for tourist or business travel at a very affordable price. The desk was very helpful and pleasant too. The basic rate should include a basic breakfast : Coffee or tea, juice and a roll or bread. I also wish there had been a computer for traveler's use.

Our room was facing the backyard wall so no view. However that was ok with us, since we just wanted to sleep there and it was absolutely quiet on both nights. The room was warm and very clean and the location was good for us. The room had a fridge for cooling our own drinks, a big plus. Hot water ran out in the morning when trying to get a shower. Breakfast not included so we didn't even try it. Not a problem for us though, plenty of pubs in London.

The reception received on first arrival was very poor. The person behind the reception desk saw the 3 of us walking towards the desk but continued with some writing. It was only after approx 1.5 minutes that we were acknowledged when we heard "be with you in a sec" without raising their head from their work. After another 1.5 minutes when the work was completed we dealt with. A very poor and rude welcome for your guests.

My husband and I are not really like the Central Park Hotel, because the room rates is not cheap, but the room rates is not including free wi-fi and breakfast. The staffs are not nice, the front desk staff is no smile, and one of staff can not help to make a call to other country. We paid for the breakfast and got one time to selected the food only, but we don't know that we went to took food again, we received the staff's bad face!!!

Only good location, 2-3 minutes to underground. Duty manager and some staffs are not helpful, they don't really try to understand the guest's needs, I worked in Taiwan's five stars hotel for 6 years, I really think they indeed need to be educated. Especially left luggage is ordinary service in every hotels, yet Central park hotel did not offer this service, it's extremely convenient , even I am a return guest(I stayed in Central hotel in Jan 26-29, and back to stay in Feb 02), that made me to carry my 20 kilos luggage to rail station. When I stayed in Paris Aston hotel,it's a very samll hotel, they offer left luggage service after I checked out, even though they just put luggages in their restaurant.

Efficient staff on reception and very soon were in our room. Twin-bedded room had been made up from a single bed and a put-you-up, but it was comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Staff worked hard to keep everything topped up and tidy. This is an excellent location opposite Kensington gardens and Hyde park. Near to Oxford Street. Regular buses round to Victoria area.
