room very clean, excellent english breakfast (eat as much as you can), the staff of the conciergerie was very helpfull and polite.
Close to a Underground station. This made travelling to places pretty easy. The bar lady was helpful as she filled my bottles with water for free.
Unfortunately the double room we stayed in had 2 single beds pushed together. This is awkward when you are sleeping with your partner and the join between the two mattresses is digging into your side. I would have preferred a double bed.
Near the tube station either Queensway and Bayswater. Near vicinity of restaurants.
The walls are thin, could hear next door people talking. I couldn't get a good night's sleep.
I just like only the location
The hotel is not value for money rooms too small Breakfast too poor no variety wifi too weak
Position, breakfast, clean room
No free wifi in the rooms (just in the hall), expensive
Walls arr too thin and you feel the next room inside
the speediness of the staff
the bed was kind of small for a double
the way was structured the room and the tv
Staying In winter, room has bathtub which was very helpful for my both knees with pain trouble, because nowadays room which is most of this level of payment has only sower.
Free WiFi works for only at the robby,it must be better for using at own room at anytime
Everything except for the shower.
The shower and the basin water is soooo greasy. Can't wash off any shampoo.
* very small room * Ants in room * Can not watch TV screen while on bed * No Wi-Fi on room * Wi-Fi in reception very bad
Love the breakfast !
near to oxford street
Waiter stopped me in breakfast table (full english breakfast) and announced with sour face, that I cannot have any more meal ( I went to pick up more bacon for a third time)... Unbelievable...that´s a first similar occasion in hotels and I travel a lot.
Rooms, bed and location
There is no free WiFi , it's big hotel so it should provide free WiFi for customers .
Nothing jumps out other than the two beds together was a little uncomfortable
The staff was helpful and the location of the hotel was great.
One side of the bed had such a thin mattres you could feel the metal through it. The wall was so thin between the rooms so we could hear the room next door as clearly as if they would have been sitting and talking in our room. There was also small ant-looking insects in the sink and on the table in the room.
We found bed bugs!!!!!! Many not 1 or 2 !!!!!! And we kept asking for our money to go to any other clean hotel but actually very very rude stuff and no manager to talk with !!!! Very bad experience
Very comfortable and clean.
We were made to feel very welcome and at ease.
Breakfast is Good..but bit late for 7am opening.
staff not accommodating and not friendly.. as if u are begging for what u have paid for which is the service...poor wifi..u still have to go out of your room and go to the lobby to get wifi which is very poor..very slow. breakfast is late they said 7am but it opened at 7:15am .. and the lady in charge named alice.. keeps on shouting... small space small toilet...inavailability of staff for smal inquiries of guests
I like location, close to underground station. Halpfull and friendly staff. Clean.
Wifi works only in lobby. It should also work in the rooms.
It's standing at the other side of Hyde Park. A bit far from city if walking, but trains are quite accessible.
Hotel good for the tube or bus, would stay again
