Hotel duzy w ładnym miejscu, komunikatywnym, blisko metra, pokój czysty, posprzątany, śniadanie w cenie do najedzenia sie do syta. świetne wrażenie z pobytu.

Niestety nikt mnie nie poinformował ,że dostane pokój w suterenie bez okna. Jak w piwnicy, ani szparki dziennego światła.

This hotel really close to interesting places around London. Also near to tube station. Convenience room as what I expected.

Covenience to the underground train station and the many halal food restaurants nearby.

The first night, we were put-up in the room in the basement. The size of the room is only slightly bigger than a tomb! Go to this hotel only if they give you rooms other than those in the basements. My other 3 nights, we had rooms on the 3rd floor which was much bigger and more comfortable.

Rooms were reasonably comfortable, good location

The location was excellent and so I was surprised that such a nice hotel was available there for reasonable price.

the rooms although small were very clean. the reception staff were helpful. and the fact that the reception was 24 hours meant we could check in and out at convenient times.

It was very close to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and main shopping area of Oxford Street. It was also close to the tube and bus stops.

The rooms were too warm. Air conditioning would be good in high summer. Our fridge did not work. Normally I would have reported this but as we were out a lot of the time, we didn't really need it.

The price was very good for a hotel so close to London's West End and the Underground links and the staff were veryh helpful.
