the smell in the ground floor - smth like disinfection - bleach

Basic accommodation you get what you pay for Staff were excellent and could not help enough The restaurant was very good and value for money

Having to ask for a hair They could wire them in like most hotels now Poor quality towels and not quite big enought for a medium sized person Provide Yogurt for breakfast

From arriving to leaving all of the staff were very pleasant and courteous and friendly Food in the restaurant was very good.

the staff and maintence manager were very helpful and i got moved to a bigger room so at least i could breathe the resturant was very nice

the rooms are very small holes punched in most of walls i was in coatbridge for a funeral so wasent very happy anyway i thought the rooms were very bad value for almost 45 pounds a night no breakfast very bad value should i be getting compensation i think so im oap and very dissapointed

Good well laid out room with the basic facilities you need for an overnight for a wedding.

It was convenient for our use. It was a pleasure to see authentic scottish people working in the hotel instead of foreign workers who half the time you do not understand what they are saying . centrelodge was clean, comfortable bed, and a nice room.the breakfast was good and would stay there again .

Just the noise from the kitchen in the morning think it was the dishwasher filling up.

The while experience I have been booking hotels with booking.com for a couple of years and this was the worse hotel ever they charged 44.95 per room a night and was not worth it at all I feel so disappointed and don't think this hotel is good enough to be part of your profile

Staff were pleasant

I went for breakfast at 10am but instead of a quiet breakfast the staff were hoovering the restaurant the whole time.

Location for what we wanted

It is dated, tired. The rooms could do with a little TLC. Hole in wall from door handle etc.
