Fantastic apartments ..right beside the Shambles in York ..Clean with all mod cons ..couldnt fault them Not the hotel its self but problems with the booking .. |

Comfortable furniture and kitchen were provided with a modern feel. The apartment was right in the centre of York and from the point of view of its position it could not be faulted. Bedrooms are very small and it would have been very difficult to fit 2 people into either of them. The shower needs adjusting and tends to look like it will overflow when used. However bedrooms and bathroom were very well presented. |

The luxury apartment lived up to its name. It was spotless and very comfortable. It was in town so shops were just minutes away. We were told there was a router for the computer but we couldn't find one so my daughter couldn't use her laptop. There was noise through the walls from neighbours in the adjoining apartment and resonating noise from the pub garden opposite. |

The apartment was central for most things. The fact that there was not any light in the evening when you came out of the apartment, very dangerous on metal stairs. Also the sign hanging under the bedroom window was very noisy blowing in the wind. When you had a bath the bathroom smelt very strongly of damp for a good while after. |

location great and room excellent . I was contacted regarding payment and requested to bring cheque and i would be met upon arrival then contacted agian nearer time to be told i would be met before departure yet i was never met or told how or who to pay and nobody could help me, the same company owned linked restaurant but they didnt know what to do and just ignored me?? |

clean modern apartment, centrally located. could not access apartment - key missing. Rang office- no reply. left message - no response. manager of restaurant below helped us out. Found our apartment was occupied- double booked! Found us another apartment as last minute on New Year's Eve! Admin procedures need attention - urgently! |

The apartment was great, really clean and homely feeling, we didn't want to leave! It's in a great location to access the shops and the bars. Layout was really good, bedrooms lovely and nice to have 2 bathrooms (especially when you're girls trying to fight over the shower!). Overall was lovely and will definately be staying again. No car parking and a little bit hard to find - some detailed directions would have been useful. Was a bit of a shame that you didn't get many sky channels, we expected some movie channels but couldn't seem to find any that worked. |

It was Central and in the best area for food We were given the wrong access key code and spent some time trying to get in, we did not know which appartment we were in and also did not have the correct access number for the door key eather. This was not a good start on a wet night after a long drive. A very helpful man from the restaurant sorted things out. All was great sfter that. |

The central location was fantastic as it was easy to come and go and drop shopping off, etc. Everything in the apartment was fantastic except the sofa and chair, they were rather uncomfortable but otherwise the apartment was brilliant. |

The apartment was extremely well equiped. Morning deliveries each day at 7.00 a.m. may be an issue if you were on holiday. |

The apartments were perfectly located, right in the centre of York. Staying in an apartment was much more enjoyable than a hotel as you could come and go as you please. We were very happy with our stay. The apartment itself like i said was lovely, but the customer service was appalling. We did not meet any of the staff, apart from to be let in by someone from Harvilles resteraunt. Booking the apartment was fine, although i tried to clear up many queries with Centro and received no response. I was very disappointed with the attitude of members of staff that i finally managed to speak too. |
