Best Western PLUS Centurion Hotel  

Th e food was brilliant and the cleanliness was excellent (also the staff).

We were greeted by very friendly staff at 1am following our wedding. They were more than happy to put our champagne on ice. Room service was great. Everything we needed was available at no extra cost.Spa facilities were amazing

Lights in the bathroom could not dim. The layout of spa facilities was a little odd.

The hotel was easy to find with good parking facilities very near to our room. The rooms were comfortable and modern The location was very quiet. Staff were friendly & efficient. Breakfast was plentiful & the evening meal excellent.

The hotel wasn't near anywhere to walk to really. A little bit 'out of the way' but not a huge problem. Ensured a peaceful stay.

It was isolated and in an unattractive area although it was handy for a reasonably short drive to a 'park and ride' into Bath. The breakfast on the first morning was very good but next day must have been a different chef because it was decidedly average.The food in the restaurant was overpriced for what it was

It was a top class hotel for 3 stars. Althhough on the edge of the town it was next to a rondabout so access to anywhere is starightforward. The restaurant is excellent - a high standard of food suitable of a 4 or 5 star establishment.

Need to be aware in advance of going not to head for Midsomer Norton but for Radstock!!

Polite friendly staff - clean comfortable room with good view of golf course

Room a little stuffy and hot although fan was provided this was noisy. Noise from corridor. Window did not have safety catch.

Perfect location for my needs. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast to start the day. New sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was great! Room was a good size for the price and comfortable

We chose a hotel that we hoped would be central to the many areas of interest in Sommerset. A hotel that we could return at the end of the day, have a nice shower, sit and have a relaxing drink before the evening meal. A room that was clean, had facilities, such as tea,coffee etc. (bottled water provide daily was a nice touch and much appreciated), tv for the news, delivery of morning paper. All this was provided. Within the first two days of our stay we experienced very minor problems with the catering and took this up with the management - they were very sympathetic and immiediately dealt with our concerns. I would strongly recommend that if anyone experiences problems to taken them up straight away with the staff or manager - they are mature and pleasant enough to esure all is attended to and your stay will be a pleasant one.

Smal trappa till övervåningen - inte så lätt att bära upp en resväska.Inte helt lätt att hitta hotellet i Midsomer Norton då det ligger i ett industriområde och skylten var övervuxen av grönskan.

Good location for visiting the surrounding areas, breakfast excellent good choice

Didn't like the set up regarding the pool area if you wanting to go to the sauna from the pool you have to walk through the gym area, changing room was communal and small with a lack of lockers
