Best Western PLUS Centurion Hotel  

Nice room, spacious, good facilities. Quiet. Good food, limited choice in main restaurant but bar menu good. Breakfasts excellent esp mushrooms! Friendly helpful staff.

The decor, ambience and outlook of the bar. Needs a make over.

Bed was comfortable shower nice but value for money! For all that money would have thought breakfast would be provided? Then we heard that if we had breakfast would cost £1250 each! Rather a lot of money for 3 for 3 people!!!

The room we had 116, was very bright due to being duel aspect. The lounge was excellently laid out with comfortable seating and god reading material

The chairs in the room were the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in. For the older person they. Were far to low.

Staff were really good. We were very well looked after. The swimming pool (including the warm temperature) was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed it.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean nicely laid out rooms and shared areas. Easy to find, close to amenities and the park and ride. Good choice at breakfast and the food was well cooked and fresh.

Unfortunately from our room in the evenings we could hear the dull sound of an air conditioning unit which did disturb us until it went off at about 11pm.

Everything. Food is fantastic, though we only had room service, but it was hot and very tasty. Decor was fab too. Morden, clean.

Painter didn't cut in very well..but that didn't spoil our experience, just an observation.

The staff were great - very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant also great - service, dinner and breakfast first class. Room was fine as well Easy parking Facilities looked good - although we didn't have time to try them.

Didn't like the Bar which was sort of attached to the golf club complete with pool table, dart board, noisy kids etc. Hotel is overpriced.

Hotel did exactly what it said on the Label. Staff very welcoming and professional. Rooms clean, tidy and to a good standard. Good location for travelling into Bath nearby. Resturant food to a good quality. Swiming Pool and Sauna facilities very handy. Breakfast was excellent, with decent selection.

Heating did seem to be on half steam in the rooms, which is not ideal for February. A Bar menu could be displayed / offered in the evening as Restaurant is a little pricey, and after a couple of nights the menu could be a bit limiting.

Complete and utter spoiler for anyone who is looking for the perfect place to stay. The staff are excellent, everything is excellent.

A very comfortable hotel with the added bonus of a small swimming pool. Some of the friendliest most helpful staff I have come across as a fairly frequent user of hotels.

The hotel was very good if i was picky the bedroom cieling had water stain (room 223) but as i said Picky. The best thing about the hotel was the very friendly staff they were all great.

We stayed at the hotel to go to a wedding nearby. The location and hotel were excellant and the hotel staff made our stay very welcome. The hotel was also well sited for a visit to Bath.

As a group of mums on a weekend away, we needed some qiuet time and good food in comfort. We recieved this at Midsomer Norton! Lovely rooms in a wonderful setting. Staff were generally warm and welcoming. Food was very tasty and highly recommended, both at the evening meal and the breakfast. We loved the rooms and it was attention to detail, like a fan readily available, that made a difference to the stay. We would recommend the hotel and would happily stay again!

The swimming pool was in need of some care and attention. The paint was peeling from the walls in the pool and the changing rooms were in a different league from the wonderful hotel. They were shabby and felt unclean and uncared for. A sort of forgotten part of the hotel. Also, women generally have longer hair and would benefit from a towel for hair after swimming, which I was told was not possible, but to then go back to the room to collect one, was inconvenient.

The best nights sleep I have had in ages the twin bed mattresses were sooooo comfortable and the new spa facilities were fabulouse.
