The spaciousness and facilities were excellent. Clearly thought had been given to the little extras provided - in the kitchen for example, for those arriving with little in the way of kitchen tools and equipment.

Great location, within easy walk from shops and restaurants. Secure parking, clean & spacious.

Ground floor, not too good for views.

Clean, comfortable and worth the stay.

The complex is densely developed with lots of apartments built close together.

The apartment was well equipped and centrally located within easy walking distance of both the city centre and the Mermaid Quay areas. The whole site felt secure with gated entrances and secure parking and secure entrances to all apartment blocks.

There is anything I didn't like

The apartment was very well equipped with free secure undercover parking and I would be happy to use it again.

The only negative thing I found was no mirror near a electric socket for doing my hair.

Det var en moderne leilighet med gode kvaliteter. Den hadde fin utsikt inn mot byen og det var kort avstand ned til havneområdet. Hele komplekset er inngjerdet med portvakt og det føltes trygt på alle måter. For trim var det svømmmebasseng og treninsstudio. I tillegg boblebad, sauna og solarium. Vi hadde en svømmetur hver dag og følte oss vel med en time og to I Leisure Suite. Husk 1 pund til nøkkel skapene som du får tilbake når du går igjen.

Terrassen var grønn og kunne fått en runde med høytrykkspyler. Elementet for håndkle tørk på badet virket ikke. Vi fikk kun 1 nøkkelkort til 2 personer. Rom rengjøring var kun ukentlig-

Excellent Apartment.The apartments are spacious and light and having free parking is excellent. The location is excellent. It was nice not to have to worry about bringing the extra things such as soap, towels, toilet roll, etc. We loved having a dishwasher, and the television was a very good size. The person who shows you to and around the apartment was very friendly and made you feel comfortable in staying there.

Although the flat was very clean, there was a slightly strange smell to the apartment and the bathroom did smell a bit damp, maybe because there was no window. Also the bed linen had a few marks on it so we had to turn it over so they were on the outside.

Cleanliness. Design. Provision of items to facilitate the stay (hair dryer etc.). Proximity to place of business. Security.

Booking in and checking out arrangements - not clear. Directions (post code not recognised by direction finders) not clear. Noise from other tenants.

- ligging - bijhorende parking - rustig - ruimte (appartement met zithoek)

- de vloerverwarming wordt te hoog gezet waardoor de tegels in de badkamer los lagen. - bed mag meer comfortabel (oa. breder) - bij gebruik van keukenapparatuur en thermostaat is het lezen van de gebruiksaanwijzing aangeraden. - uur van aankomst moet stipt zijn voor overhandiging van de sleutel.
