Century Wharf Serviced Apartments  

The apartment was very well equipped with free secure undercover parking and I would be happy to use it again.

The only negative thing I found was no mirror near a electric socket for doing my hair.

The lifts were out of operation making the walk to the top floor a bit of a pain

The apartment was luxurious and absolutely immaculate. Nothing had been overlooked. I can't say much more than that because it was simply perfect.

On Sunday the fire alarms seemed to be going off all the time. It went off in the pool and it upset my 8yo boy a lot. It took a long time to cancel. Apparently it is a regular problem, which if true, means that it should be sorted by Century Wharf's administrators.

Had a phone call to basically get a move on because the guy wanted to go home and we were the last tenant - then when we got their the room was stone cold with no hot water - the tv remote batteries were flat so we couldn't change channells - the pool and spa are on the other side of the estate so 5 mins walk away.

Very clean rooms and very comfortable, great value for money.

It was spacious, very clean, well appointed, very comfortable and had secure parking.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Service ähnlich einem Hotel mit Handtüchern, Kaffee und Tee und Bettwäsche.

The apartment was very nice, clean,comfortable,spacious and modern we only stayed for the weekend but would recommend to others. Would have like a mirror in the bedroom and some saucepans in the kitchen, but not a problem .

A very well equipped apartment within a large apartment complex, based between Cardiff Bay and the city itself (quite a walk in each direction). A private car parking space was provided underneath the apartment block. We were met on arrival (you need to be fairly specific about your arrival time as a representative of the company waits for you in his car outside) and shown to the apartment. It was good to have a separate bedroom and living area/ kitchen, and we enjoyed our stay.

I was concerned when the price was deducted from my bank account in advance of the stay (the Booking.com site suggests that payment is made at the end of the stay), although this meant that everything was in order once we arrived. Be aware that if you pay by credit card there is a substantial extra charge (in the small print but I missed it). With hindsight we should have paid by debit card.

The apartment was as described and just like the pictures of the apartment inside. It came fully furnished, Sky+, your own Sky router for internet, the kitchen had a good set of utensils, pots and pans etc and appliances I.E. fridge freezer, toaster, kettle etc.

The apartment was advertised as being near a river, but it wasn’t anywhere close and was surrounded by an industrial estate and derelict factories. It also boasts a sauna, Jacuzzi, pool and gym, but please be aware it’s not in the same building as the apartment and is a short walk away. Also check if the facilities are working as they were out of order for a number of months whilst there when speaking to local residents. Although the email responses were prompt by the people that looked after the apartment, they were always vague and unclear and talking to them by phone proved extremely difficult. There is no staff from who you make the booking with on site so if any difficulties are found you would have to let them know by email or phone and they do not live in Cardiff. Please also be aware of hidden credit card fee not shown at the time of booking but only highlighted in the very fine print after you have confirmed the booking by the apartment people as it's them charging it not booking.com.
