Cerdyn Villa offers friendly guest accommodation on the outskirts of Llanwrtyd Wells, a gateway to the Cambrian Region and spectacular Abergwesyn Pass. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available, and there is a garden and a lounge for guests to relax in. Each room has an en suite shower, a DVD player and a mini fridge for fresh milk. They are decorated with local artwork, and have excellent views of the Irfon Valley. Breakfast is hearty and homemade, with fresh eggs and vegetarian options. Homemade bread is available, as well as eggs from the villa's own hens. Berni and John are brilliant hosts and we were made to feel very at home. Great that local produce is used where possible and the breakfasts were very good. TV rather small and we thought we wouldn't be able to use it but in fact the picture quality was fine. Room perhaps a little on the small side too but the views and the hosts made up for that.

Arrived here late on the 9th Feb. 2013 after a 4hr drive. Bernie and John were the most welcoming hosts.We stayed one week at this B&B and everythıng went perfect. We will visit them again next year.!!!

An extremely friendly host-family, who really made us feel at home and inspired/adviced us about great places to go and see. Very hard to find anything.

Very friendly people we were made to feel most welcome. The breakfast was fabulous and nothing too much trouble. Definately recommend this little gem, and will visit again.

This is a lovely B&B, made special by the very friendly hosts Bernie and John. The welcome and the breakfasts are wonderful and you feel like guests in their home. The room was comfortable and clean, nice view of the countryside, quiet and very relaxing. We appreciated the tea/coffee tray with fresh milk and sweet waffles. It is an easy 10 min walk into the town where there are a variety of places to eat. We would definitely visit again if we were in the area.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Good choice of foods for breakfast including free range eggs from their own garden. Made phone calls to enquire about range of events happening in town for both us and other guests. Maps and brochures available for tourist attractions and walks. Green ethos. Flies around dining room ceiling

was in ideal spot for family history research - owners very friendly and welcoming - breakfast was superb - also room and decor; should we return to that area again will make a return visit to Cerdyn Villa

The Landlord and Landlady were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was lovely and extremely quiet. The breakfasts were of locally sourced food. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were made to feel at home and welcome at all times. We will return and can thoroughly recommend. Suitable for couples, families and singles. I could not think of anything negative at all to say about Cerdyn Villa.

The owners at Cerdyn Villa were very friendly. We had a young baby with us and the owners made us feel very welcome. It is a very homely guest house and the attention to detail like fresh milk in the fridge was much appreciated. Lovely fresh breakfast with homemade bread and fresh farm eggs.

This is a hidden gem of a guest house! Breakfast with homemade bread and fresh eggs from the chickens wandering around the garden! Good location for walking, relaxing and mountain biking. Short stroll into local village which houses Heart of Wales brewery. Berni and John are perfect hosts throughout your stay!

Superb location and so peacefull. All in all a fantastic,very friendly place to stay,excellent breakfast,lovely people and even sky tv in the room. Will definately come here again.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. A first class breakfast was served in the dining room with guests sat at the same table. If we were looking for a place to stay in that area again we would definitely consider Cerdyn Villa.
