Reception toimi hyvin.Vesivahinkoon suhtauduttiin ripeästi.Huonesiivous moitteetonta.Tee-kahvi-kaakaokeittomahdollisuus loistava idea.Vuodepeitot hyvät.Suihku sai kiitosta.Sijainti myös hyvä Pistorasiat toisessa huoneessa rimpulat.Televisio vähän kulahtanut näppäimet eivät oikein toimineet. |

Hotelli vastasi erittäin hyvin meidän toiveita. Sijainti oli hyvä. Metroasema parin sadan metrin etäisyydellä. Palvelut toimivat ja henkilöstö kohteliasta. Olimme ns klubi-huoneessa, mikä lisäsi viihtyvyyttä. Vaikka sijainti on jonkin matkan päässä ydinkeskustasta, maanalaisella on vaivatonta liikkua. Tyypillinen englantilaismallinen hotelli. Voimme suositella. Tuon lyhyen visiitin aikana ei ilmennyt mitään huonoa. Kaikki toimi hyvin. |

The size of the room; furniture and fittings very pleasant. Room 110 had 2 very small windows right at the top near the ceiling so the room was dark, felt a bit like a prison. Also, in the early hours of the morning, they were emptying bins below so I didn't get much sleep. Reception staff were not interested when I told them I had had a dreadful night. |

The location was superb for tube links from Tower Hill on the central line and Aldgate on the metropolitan line. It is in a quiet location which in London can be hard to find. The breakfast was good and the bar had a good selection of draught beers etc. A good find and one I would recommend if you prefer somewhere where you can sleep rather than listen to traffic all night. |

The cleaniness of the hotel was very good and the bathroom was very nice. I liked the fact that the bathroom had a bath tub so you had the option of having a bath or taking a shower. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very good. |

the bed and bed linen was very comfortable. The shower in the room was amazing, i loved it and would of spent all day in it the staff seemed very unsure when we asked any questions about local aminities other bars and resturants |

The room was very comfortable, goood beds, nice decoration and very welcoming. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The tea and coffee facilities were good. I would come back and reccomend to other people.Great breakfast too! |

Hotel was near Tower hill tube station easy access to Tube and Bus tours. Very comfortable nice touches robe and slippers.Staff very efficient. In quiet business area. One gripe - Hotel bar closed at 11pm sharp. no residence bar. don't leave city to come back here for night cap. |

location, food, tv in bathroom nice touch when i pay £120 per night I do not want to be greeted by a receptionist for booking in by a member of staff with very poor english, after all it is in england |

The location was perfect both for shopping and getting to the London City Airport. I found the hotel receptionist very efficient and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. |

The room was good. The breakfast was good quality food . The fact that you had a Fullers pub serving food attached to the hotel was an added bonus My room (401) seemed to be next to an air duct and there was a high pitched noise coming continuously from this into the room. This was rather aggrevating. I assume it was from the fan motor. Also the lift did not seem to indicate at what level it was at when you summoned it, so you stood there for quite long periods without knowing what it was doing - rather frustrating. Breakfast was good - but on one occassion although I had asked for my breakfast from one of the staff it did not arrive and I had to ask another. No problem for me because I was not on a schedule - but may have been a problem for someone with time constraints. There seemed to be no facitility for making a hot drink in the room, which I felt was rather poor. |
