宿泊前日の夜１１時半頃予約を入れたのですがシステムの調子が悪く予約が入っていないと言われました。宿泊も無理かとあきらめ気味でしたがホテルスタッフの対応が良く、料金も予約時のままに宿泊する事ができました。少し中心地から遠いですがとても快適に過ごせました。 |

Location Thought the room was old fashioned and needed up dating. It was also small and pokey and did not represent good value for money even at a reduced rate. There was no bar for when returning at night and eating facilities wre also poor for a 4 star hotel. |

The hotel is situated in a quite area withoutn too much traffic noise. The staff is very welcoming and I felt like home. The breakfast area was good - small but fair selection and fast service. Good distance between the tables so you don't feel like sitting in a bus station. |

The air-conditioning was much appreciated as the weather was very hot. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly at all times. Noise from underground trains was noticeable in the bedroom and could have been a nuisance without ear plugs! |

I found the room comfortable and the bathroom clean, modern and functional. A hotel used for business must have a good internet service with broadband. There should also be more TV channels such as CNN and BBC world news |

Very cosy hotel, very competent and always friedly staff, in hotel and restaurant, very well located in Oxford, qiet rooms DieZimmer sind sehr sehr klein (Z.B. wohin mit 2 Koffern? Sehr kleiner Kleiderkasten, keine Schubladen; keine Kleiderhaken im Vorraum zum Aufhängen feuchter Mäntel..), aber Zimmer an sich bestens ausgestattet |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was really nice with great atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. Overall one of the better weekends spent in a London hotel. |
