The food was nice, hotel room was spotless and generally the hotel was clean. In a good central location. They didn't deliver breakfast to the room one morning. The breakfast times were crazy, breakfast on weekdays stopped at 10am, on weekends it stopped at 11. The bar closed early as well. Generally I would not recommend the hotel for young people. |

Good value for money, and convenient for my business connections. As a frequent visitor, I would have hoped that reception would be more accommodating in having room available after a 15 hour journey. Must always wait 2 -3 hours for room availability. |

The Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was also very good with Aldgate and Tower Hill Tube stations really nearby. There is a bar opposite the hotel and the rooms can be a bit noisy on friday evening. |

Bathrooms good, bed comfortable Reception staff said they did not have booking for 2 rooms but I booked 2 rooms . they had given key to wrong person. Reception girl could not take part cash part visa on check out took long time to check in and check out |
