I found the room comfortable and the bathroom clean, modern and functional. A hotel used for business must have a good internet service with broadband. There should also be more TV channels such as CNN and BBC world news |

Very cosy hotel, very competent and always friedly staff, in hotel and restaurant, very well located in Oxford, qiet rooms DieZimmer sind sehr sehr klein (Z.B. wohin mit 2 Koffern? Sehr kleiner Kleiderkasten, keine Schubladen; keine Kleiderhaken im Vorraum zum Aufhängen feuchter Mäntel..), aber Zimmer an sich bestens ausgestattet |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was really nice with great atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. Overall one of the better weekends spent in a London hotel. |

The rooms were neat, clean, and quiet; quite roomy by London standards. The breakfast--both full English breakfast and continental were well present and cooked. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful. I travel quite a lot and this was a very pleasant hotel; I'll definitely return! I do prefer to have a teapot set-up in the room and this room did not have one, this is minor and easily remedied. |

I was very pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I have stayed in London quite a few times, and this was definitely the best hotel for the money. |

The hotel decor and theme. Warm and confortable yet hi-tech and efficient. The towels were very rough and thin adn we a little scarce. There were not enough pillows for true comfort. |
