The majoity of staff were excellent and service very good When I used the shower in the morning it alternated from scolding hot to freezing cold and no amount of adjustment could stop it so it made it very uncomfortable to dangerous. When I tried to use the TV in my room on the evening of my arrival some of the channels did not work properly and when I rang reception I was told it was the weather conditions, 2009 and it was the weather conditions. I ordered a paper for the morning when I checked my door on several occasions it had not been delivered, which is normal practice in hotels I stay at, when I enquired on the way to breakfast I found papers are not delivered to rooms but had to be picked up from reception but alas my paper was no where to be seen and the women on the desk questioned if I had indeed ordered one, as if I was trying to pull a fast one over the hotel, but luckily for me I was vindicated as it still appeared on my bill which of course was promptly removed, lucky me! |

As a coeliac, I was disappointed to find no wheat-free cereals on the breakfast buffet. However, when I complained, the staff produced a packet of gluten-free muesli. (1) My room was cold, and turning the thermostat had no effect. The desk staff brought me an electric radiator. (2) Plumbing in adjacent rooms was only too audible. (3) The cooked breakfast was cold. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is only a short taxi drive from the centre of Manchester (£8.00 taxi fare). The bar wasn't open 24 hours! |

The Hotel is nice, similar to a hotel i stayed at in the city centre, the Days Hotel. It has an internet area where you can use your laptop and one computer for public use. The rooms were nice and the staff friendly and helpful. |

Clean, modern rooms - a little small but I had double room for just one person so it was ok. Food very good - breakfast and lunch. Staff very friendly. Good conference facilities. I thought room service menu was a little limited, no fish option in the main menu for example. |

Quiet location yet within easy commute distance of the city centre. Room was on the small side for a double but for a couple of nights stay was not a major issue. |

Copnvenient for city centre. Difficult to find, and no directions. Dodgy parking arrangements. By the way, this is 16 questions, not 4. Has someone lost their fingers? |

overall friendliness of staff, requested a taxi no problem at all very pleasant experience although we only stayed overnight not very easy to find when using a sat nav as the post code directs you down a lane at back of buildings when you complete your journey, post code seems wrong |
