Location of the Hotel is fantastic. Just few minutes walk to the pier and beach. Breakfast was acceptable.
It would be nicer if staff equally serve everyone, as there is a feeling of selective attention.
Good location. Breakfast excellent. We will recommend this hotel to any club members who want to stay on the island. Staff very accommodating to our needs.
Our room door was hard to open and close.
Not a place for young children and other visitors very rude
clean bedding, friendly staff,
poor shower caused by lack of water pressure, small breakfast. looking tired, strange other guests !!
Nothing really. Would not go there again or recommend to anyone
Breakfast was minimal. The eggs were like quails eggs, toast burnt and cold. Juice was one glass only and that was a minute glass half filled. When booking it was advertised that my room had a sofa but it was none there.
The staff were very polite and courteous. The hotel was clean The bedding was clean The entertainment was entertaining
Strict breakfast time of 0830 Strict dinner time of one sitting at 1830 Very squeaky metal bunk beds reducing the ability to sleep as any movement made by my child woke all of us The shower was very, very small and the water pressure exceptionally low The cost for three nights was very expensive and there wasnt an option to opt out of breakfast for a reduction in the cost.
Well located - adequate parking
The quality of decoration inside the room was very poor. Basic accomodation with little attention to detail. Bed mattress very uncomfortable. All in all not a great experience. The price quoted on booking.com does not include VAT and is an extra cost to be aware of.
There is room for parking. Not too far to beach.Staff are really helpful
Even though its a new bathroom, the shower is absolutely rubbish. Water is staying on the shower.Breakfast is ok
Location is very close to bus stand. Hotel is clean and stuffs are friendly.
Friendly staff Location
Lack of car park space Didn't advise late key needed so got locked out one night luckily we could see a mobile number on inside wall had to ring and get receptionist out of bed!
There is no privacy, sound transmits from one room to another easily, we could even hear the sound when the receptionist lady was talking to the other staff . Going on a holiday children are superposed to be happy, run and jump in their room , but they complained from the reception
the restaurant and bar area was spacious, good location and breakfast wasn't bad.
upon arrival there was nobody on reception and werent polite when arrived, wasnt informed off any info e.g breakfast times, wifi etc. they added £20 extra on top of price when got there which was disgusting! stains on chairs in restaurant, poor fixtures and fittings, everything was falling apart!!poor stay..wouldn't recommend!
there was no information what time breakfast or evening meals served i didnt know if i had paid for room booked on card no one asked for payment tv hanging loose no remote control saw only 2 staff members
Close proximity to town and beach Staff were very nice
Tired decor, dirty windows, broken/loose lamps , Weak shower and prices more in keeping with a 4 star hotel. Had to ask to move rooms, as the first one was a disaster area.
Bed was uncomfortable, woke up in the middle of the night sweating due to no air con and rooms all stuffy, staff where rude, breakfast was poor.
Clean and staff were well mannered
Room wasn't as expected. Toilet wasn't fixed down. Bedroom door was not very secure
We checked in quite late and the staff still found us a parking space outside the hotel. The hotel has a certain charm that reminded me of family holidays in Jersey when I was a young man. The evening entertainer played some classics and our 2 year old son danced the night away.....Breakfast was very good and overall we had an overnight stay that left us with a smile. A very good staff that are incredibly friendly.
It was nice stay, lovely location, friendly and careing staff.
Uncomfortable beds, tiny tv, shower, broken toilet, half hour slot for breakfast
Less than a basic Breakfast, no option of second filling of juice like, small portions... rooms and beds are of below standard quality. Exteriors are shabby..
1)MONEY ALREADY transferred before we arrived !!! from ACCOUNT! We Wanted to pay by CASH! Secondly leaking shower, spiders dust, noise drunk people at the bottom of the bar and the front of the building, WAS so hot in the room could not breathe, there was no air conditioning or fan, Drapes remember the Second World War and dusty and dirty, disgusting breakfast. Men who checked us out came of the kitchen wearing the rubber gloves! I've never seen anyone at the front desk at the hotel. Sultry dirty old No signal on tv smelly carpeting blood on the walls in bathroom! Awful and overpriced!
ok for 1 night
rooms down narrow passage ways, old fashioned, minimum decorations. took money from credit card before arrival.VAT added to bill after arrival, possible trick so you think price is competitive. All breakfast at 830am precisely, had to be preordered the night before. very regimented, organised hotel!
A good welcome with a bonus of entertainment of a very high standard in the evening.
Sea gulls nearby waking you up too early in the morning, .would've liked a bath not just a shower!
no where does it state when booking that breakfast will not be served before 8.30, as i was working on the island and needed to be on the road at 8.00 felt this was poor, not every one is on vacation!
Everything was fine
