Lage dicht am Heathrow Airport, mit Busin ca. 15 min. zu erreichen. Einfaches, älteres Hotel, relativ ruhige Lage. Für ein paar Tage zum Übernachten auch für Familien gut geeignet. Kein Urlaubshotel. Reception 24h besetzt. Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Nichts für Leute denen Sauberkeit sehr wichtig ist. |

Die Lage und der Preis waren gut. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer (49) sogar W-Lan zugang, ansonsten nur im öffentlichen Bereich. Wir bekamen erst ein kleines, abgewohntes Zimmer im Keller - aber nach einer netten Nachfrage bekamen wir dann ein anderes und wesentlich größeres. Alles wirkte etwas abgewohnt und bei den Parkplätzen musste man früh dran sein, sonst wurde es eng. |

Die Betten waren gemütlich und es gab einen Wasserkocher. Das sehr kleine Zimmer mussten wir mit Ameisen teilen und die Zimmertür ließ sich nur sehr schwer abschließen. Die Dusche war abends eiskalt und morgens kochend heiß. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und desinteressiert und haben lieber Chips gegessen, als uns zu bedienen. |

The price, and closeness to Feltham train station Tiny room, even smaller shower, but all we expected for the price. The breakfast wasn't worth the extra money. |

The price. The hotel staff, although quite polite, knew nothing about anything. My best example is that since there was no more parking on the hotel grounds, the front desk staff showed me where to park my car. The next morning I received a 100 pound parking fine!! For that amount of money I should have stayed at a 4 star hotel. We had two rooms, one was in the basement and the other was on the ground floor. Both rooms were extremely badly ventilated. |

staff were polite and helpful my only problem was the fact that i could not get a picture on the tv in my room. it had its own plug in ariel which no matter how much it was moved could not get a decent picture. this may have been because i was in a room below ground level. |

Overall its nice, Good place to live for few days, value for money in that area. Near by airport, on a route to 24hrs bus service 285 that is the best thing No need to spend money on Taxis. Cheapest Supermarket ASDA/resturants/other shops at a walking distance, location is good value for money, Breakfast was just too ordinary, if you work on internet. it does not work in the basment rooms, so do not take basement rooms at all if you want to use the internet. |

Good shower and toilet, curtious staff. No remote for TV. Difficulty an finding the address and when I rang and asked for directions the person I spoke to didn't seem to know where the hotel was and told me to stop and ask someone? |

The hotel was reasonably clean and the staff were courteous. The mattresses on the beds are so old you can feel each individual spring. There are no top sheets on the bed, only two old comforters. They're also skimpy on the towels--only one bath towel, no hand towel or face cloth. The walls are thin so it can be noisy; for instance, I could hear the person in the adjoining room snoring. And the complimentary breakfast is just corn flakes and toast. |
