Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.

Straight forward and functional. Room was clean. The room was a little hot and the window didn't open. There was an air conditioning unit but it was extremely noisy. |

Hello! I was appreciative of the very nice rates and thankful for the complementary WiFi which faciliated my doing business whilst in the region. There is a major bus terminal within a 5 mintue walk with easy access to Heathrow and other key points. I recommend this place to any business person on a budget. No vending or bottled beverages available outside of the very reasonable English Breakfast. On one evening spent on the lower floor, the racket from a noisy room above kept waking me up thru 3am. I would recommend trying for the upper floors as the sound proofing isn't great on the lower level. When I stayed upstairs it was very quiet. |

everything... near bus stop, hatton cross underground, and feltham railway station ( just a walk away) the continental breakfast was nice, the staff are helpful. our room is on suite room so there is a bathroom just for us, no need to share it with others, it just.. the stairs are too narrow.. thats all. |

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room. Breakfast (make sure you order the english version in advance) was fine. Check in/out porocess very efficient. Overall perfectly acceptable considering cost of room and location. A heavy hand in the kitchen when dishing out baked beans for breakfast! |

Wireless internet worked in my room. I had a message delivered to the hotel day before and I got it straight away. Reception staff was nice. Hotel needs renovation desperately. The roof was leaking into the room. Doors felt like there would be easy to open for anybody |

It was cheap. The hotel was dingy and depressing and had a stale odour throughout - particularly in the bedroom. The room had no wardrobe or bedside lamp and was very small. Fittings and fixtures throughout were tired, shabby and outdated. It was impossible to find anywhere to park in the hotel car park. The Travelodge down the road is far better and more conveniently located - and cheaper if you book in advance. |

yes, the hotel rooms were not clean.Toilet was too small.and its not possible to say a word outside the room as people from other rooms shout at us saying they cant sleep.Another thing was I paid for English breakfast and they didnt serve me and they even refused to pay me refund |

Near Heathrow Airport Bad smell in the corridor and the room. No shower in some rooms. Some lights don't work. Very poor noise isolation. |

The staff were without exception helpdul and obliging. I extended my stay by one day and had to do so through booking.com, otherwise I would be required to pay the off-the-street price, even although I had already been there for one week. The tv is too high for comfortable viewing |

Staff where helpful. A continental breakfast does not consist of cereal and white toast. There was not even a choice of having brown bread for toast No fruit, no yogurt, no muffins, no pastries. Poor |

the room to myself with all facilities. the fact breakfast was included was great- and the staff where helpful also. yes- the address given by your confirmation booking sheet over the net gave me the wrong adress, which when given to the taxi driver took me to the wrong destination. the address was not clear and only when he searched his navigator after 5 mins did he find the proper address, this costing me an extra 15£. when i arrived at the hotel, the business card at reception had a different suburb address on it than the given confirmation address. |

There was no hot water in the morning of the first day, At 4am in the morning a man came into my room with a key, so im assuming the same key opens all doors, as he should have been in room 8 and I was in room 7. the rooms were very very small |

Not a great, probably the best and only good thing was the location, very handy for most places. Booked a twin room then discovered I had a double room. TV reception was very poor with dodgy aerial. Worst of all was the urine stained bed sheets. The bathroom light was very hard to get on too. |

I only spent one night at the hotel and spent a little amount of time in the hotel but the breakfast was good and what I have seen of the facilities was ok. I spent extra to have a cooked breakfast and I thought it would have been a little bettter than it was as i seemed to have so much beans that took alot of the plate up I also felt the sausages was tasteless but other than that it was all good. |

I got the room right away. The room was comfortable and had everything a person might need for a one night stay. The breakfast was horrible. The toast was eatable but the rest consisted of really cheap cereal. The website with comments about the hotel should have written directions from the airport to the hotel listed on the site. |
