Quick to be registered and put in a room, good price, nice room with toilet and shower. Bed was really comfortable and rooms were evidently well-maintained. Breakfast staff judgemental about how much food you were allowed to eat, seemed to favour mature couples and older people over young couples or young people. 'Continental Breakfast' was toast with butter and jam, and two types of cereal. After a lovely night, the morning was a bit of a let down.

I stayed in this hotel for three days. I did not like the room as it in basement and was not properly cleaned duringmy three days stay. Also, Internet is not possible to access from room, for that you will have to go the hall. Not worth the money I have paid.

It is near the Heathrow Airport, very easy to get a bus (No 285, 24-hr service) to the airport The website mentioned that the hotel has free wireless internet in every room, however, it is a lie, we can use Wi-Fi only in the lobby. Please change this error in the booking.com

The hotel was very close to the Feltham Railway Station and close to Heathrow Airport, which were our top priorities. We arrived at Heathrow in the afternoon of one day and needed to take a train to Market Harborough the next morning, so we looked for a hotel that was easy to get to from Heathrow and that was close to a railway or underground station. We also wanted an economical hotel, since there were four of us. We were able to get a quadruple room at a good price. We were very pleased. It wasn't fancy, but was clean and reasonably well furnished. I would stay here again in similar circumstances. The breakfast was a bit bleak--very basic. One could make toast, and there was cold cereal and juice. It was enough to survive on, but certainly nothing to write home about. At the basic price we paid we didn't expect anything fancy, so it was okay.

Near to LHR. This is difficult. It was convenient for me as I had to be at LHR early in the morning and I would stay here again. However, I have to say that it certainly would not be my choice if I were here for pleasure. Very much a working commercial hotel. (And I couldn't make the shower work.)

Reasonable shower Pleasant room Having booked English Breakfast we were informed, on arival, it was not available. We requested a 7am breakast on tne Saturday which receeptionist said was fine. At 7am the Security guy said breakfast was not available till 8; the food lady arrived and with attitude stated breakfast was not available till 8am, We spoke to the am receptionist who said no instruction was left. There was no offer to get anything - just plain rudeness. Also - in room the bedlights seemed disconnected

Not much, I know it was cheep, so it wasn't going go be anything to write home about. What I didn't expect was a room so crammed full of beds there wasn't any room to walk around, the shower to be so dirty that you don't wanna have a shower!! Every time you turn on the taps in the sink you get wet feet and when you open the window fir a bit of fresh airto be hit by the disgusting sewerage stench coming from the obviously blocked drain right under the window. Tbd room was also damp. Not impressed at all.

It was located in a quiet residential area a short walk from the 285 bus route which runs regularly to Heathrow. We also found a great Indian restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are in need of redecoration, but are very clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast could be improved by having better quality bread for toast.

We had to leave before breakfast was served, but was allowed to get breakfast half an hour earlier! Our room was in the basement, and the window could not be locked. Its difficult to sleep in a room that smells of basement, moist and mold and not feel safe to open the window without being afraid someone will crawl in during the night. Bring ear plugs, the noise from the streets are yet another factor that keeps you from sleeping!

It is close to the airport. I don´t reccomend the hotel at all. You cannot trust the staff. We asked the recepcionist for a phone number of a taxi to take us to the airport and he said he could do it for 18 pounds. We knew a taxi will take us for less but we were tired and had a baby who was hungry and tired so we accepted the offer. In the morning, at the last minute, when we put all our luggage at his car he said the price was 25 pounds. We couldn t say "no" because we are in a hurry to pick up the plane, it was raining and we had a 1 year old baby. We felt ripped off. I definetly do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms, bedding, towels and bathrooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. It is a good location to the train station, 10 mins walk which is 2 stops from Twickenham and main line to Waterloo. Whilst sitting in the public area I noticed how popular and booked the hotel was. It was a bit of a shock when we pulled up outside and went inside, first thoughts I didn't want to stay here, but to be fair it was clean and the staff helpful. The decor is very tired and could do with some modernisation, it is like a warren with rooms here and there.

Nothing! I booked it solely because I could not get home to Manchester that night and, therefore, required overnight accommodation. It was cheap, but when you add the taxi fares to and from Heathrow, I would have been better served getting a room at Heathrow itself. The room smelt of tobacco smoke, and the hotel was full of dss

We were allocated a double room, which just squeezed in a double bed against one wall, had tosqueeze past each other and little dressing table to move. The shower in bath had previous occupant's hairs on wall, the bathroom seemed bodged up with polyfiller. The soap dish was hanging offthe wall. We were only allocated one towel, hadto ask for another. Never experienced black lace curtains before. Breakfast a disaster, electricity supply overloaded, thus no fruit juice or coffee available, nor toast . I have put this on here as I was tempted by the internet photos, but staff seemed indifferent to us and looked as if it was a sort of drop out centre.

The hotel is reportedly now a council property with only 4 rooms available for outside guests and remaining are council tenants. The hotel used to be good which is why I have repeatedly come here but now I guess I may stay at some other better option.
