Channins Hounslow Hotel

J'ai apprécié le fait de pouvoir demander la reservation d'un taxi pour le lendemain matin.

La chambre était vétuste, les peintures au mur craquelaient à cause de l'humidité, et la chambre était au sous-sol, avec une vue sur une basse cour pleine d'eau et de déchets.

Toujours très peu cher, excellent rapport qualité/prix, propreté nickel, confort des chambres

Mon gps était en panne : il a fallu que je négocie 15 mn avec les membres de l'hôtel pour qu'ils me laissent accéder à Interent pour imprimer une carte Mappy : sympa !!!!

l'accès très facile à l'aéroport,la gare à proximité,le centre commercial.Sans oublier le confort

à part qqs bruit de la part de certains clients,tout était normal.aussi je rajoute que sur la fiche d'information de l'hôtel,il est précisé que l'hôtel n'accepte pas les cartes américan express,alors qu'elle est accepté,merci donc de rectifier cette information Cordialement

Hello! I was appreciative of the very nice rates and thankful for the complementary WiFi which faciliated my doing business whilst in the region. There is a major bus terminal within a 5 mintue walk with easy access to Heathrow and other key points. I recommend this place to any business person on a budget.

No vending or bottled beverages available outside of the very reasonable English Breakfast. On one evening spent on the lower floor, the racket from a noisy room above kept waking me up thru 3am. I would recommend trying for the upper floors as the sound proofing isn't great on the lower level. When I stayed upstairs it was very quiet.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room. Breakfast (make sure you order the english version in advance) was fine. Check in/out porocess very efficient. Overall perfectly acceptable considering cost of room and location.

A heavy hand in the kitchen when dishing out baked beans for breakfast!

Wireless internet worked in my room. I had a message delivered to the hotel day before and I got it straight away. Reception staff was nice.

Hotel needs renovation desperately. The roof was leaking into the room. Doors felt like there would be easy to open for anybody

It was cheap.

The hotel was dingy and depressing and had a stale odour throughout - particularly in the bedroom. The room had no wardrobe or bedside lamp and was very small. Fittings and fixtures throughout were tired, shabby and outdated. It was impossible to find anywhere to park in the hotel car park. The Travelodge down the road is far better and more conveniently located - and cheaper if you book in advance.

A continental breakfast does not consist of cereal and white toast. There was not even a choice of having brown bread for toast No fruit, no yogurt, no muffins, no pastries. Poor

There was no hot water in the morning of the first day, At 4am in the morning a man came into my room with a key, so im assuming the same key opens all doors, as he should have been in room 8 and I was in room 7. the rooms were very very small
