Very well thought through and comfortable place to stay. Advanced access system, no interaction with personnell, but everything convenient.
Excellent place to stay
They let us stay beyond the check out time, very kind of them.
It's set up
I really enjoyed being close to Windsor Castle which was the purpose of staying in Windsor. The room was warm and cosy and the continental breakfast was adequate. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The co-op store across the road was useful for food items. I met the lady who managed the b & b and she was very helpful.
It was strange having to use a key combination to get in but it was fine once you got used to it. Parking was a problem as I had to park in the Railway car park and it was quite expensive during the day but it was cheaper overnight.
Easy and convenient and a great keyless lock system.
Close to centre. Spacious room, very clean and tastefully decorated.
Spacious, clean room, good facilities. Great keycode system. 2 blocks from Windsor High Street and the station.
Exactly what we required for the night. Easy self check-in. Cheap car park nearby. Easy walk into town centre/castle. Like the concept of having breakfast ready stored in room. Made for relaxing morning.
Easy access, beautifully clean, comfy bed and close to town centre.
Unclean toilet, Duvet,
Good TV , good tea and coffee facilities, easy access, clean tidy large room with space and good working facilities. Handy parking close by Co op was ok for a sandwich but could have used a hot meal.
Mattress has had heavy use sags a bit now
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would totally recommend to anyone wanting quality accommodation in Windsor.
No face cloths (flannels). If there was breakfast, we did not find it!!!
Flexibility of arrival times because of the door entry system. Closeness to a super market. Cleanliness.
Great size room with everything supplied. Pin code for access is great idea come and go at ease,
No complaint whatever!
The location near to Windsor Castle was a bonus, very easy to get to Heathrow from this location in a short time.
There were no bathroom electrical outlets!
Closeness to Town. Room layout. Everything very clean liked the Pin system to access the property and room .
Pin code entry was convenient, close to shops restaurants and railway. Continental breakfast was easy to prepare.
Can't open windows in Henry room due to traffic noise, especially when tour buses come through. Pillows were flat and need replacing.
Close location to Windsor suited our needs as visiting family in the area
Clenliness Convenience Quietness Using the code to get on and out was really easy.
It was very hot and the fan was too noisy to have on whilst sleeping. The loo seat was extremely uncomfortable, reminding me of those oldfashioned pieces of wood bolted onto the loo in old public toilets.
Pin entry system gave more privacy. Great shower. Walking distance to the middle of Windsor for good restaurants and sightseeing. Christine was very friendly and helpful.
The noise of the planes from Heathrow though this stopped late in the evening - ear plugs would sort this out.
The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. There are no staff as you use a pin number to gain access to the building and room I still haven't decided whether it is good or bad.
Recommend though the larger rooms are the one time go for
The green sensor light on the ceiling was too bright for sleeping.
Ideally located furnished lovely and cozy. Great breakfast left for me Luggsge lift would have been nice as bag heavy to lift upstairs. No complaints though. would stay again and recommend to all.
