quiet hotel, good welcome from the owners' children who were running the hotel while their parents were away on holiday. a chair would have been useful to put clothes on in the bedroom. |

Friendly helpful hosts, chocolates on the bed when we arrived!, clean and comfy room, relaxing, easy to find, just what we needed. The couple there now took over last Christmas, (so reviews before this aren't relevant anymore) |

The owners of this hotel are very friendly and are turning the period house into a cosy and friendly hotel. There was a mix up in our reservation for the first night but they were able to accomodate us in a different room. The second night we were in the twim room which we had booked and it was just like the picture on the booking.com website. The breakfast was very good although they could add some fresh fruit. |

Very Hospitable, lovely people.Ideal place for a cheap stay just outside of Peterborough center. Easy to find.Imacculately clean. They give their own log on details for faster internet access if required, I was knackered when I arrived as had been on the go all day, and really wanted a drink! Wayne the proprieter is South African from Cape Town and provided an excellent glass of South African Wine!!! I stayed in ground floor room..imacculate, but mattress a little hard for me! So never slept well. However I totally recommend this hotel. |

I stayed about a week in the place and the staff was incredibly nice and the room was very cozy. The bus stop was 2 doors down from the place, but its location was also about a 10-20 minute walk from the city centre. And the price was one pound more than a hostel in London. Honestly, because I was travelling so much, I would have liked some laundry services. They didn't have any, and the google maps didn't show any laundromats close by or accessible at the city centre until one figured out the bus routes to the surrounding suburbs. |

The owners could not do enough to make my stay more enjoyable. They were very friendly and obviously keen to offer the very best level of service. Although clearly at the budget end of accommodation the room was comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities that you need like an ensuite, good hot shower, tea making facilities and a tv. |

The hosts were fantastic and the location was good. The room was comfortabloe although a bit small and was quiet. We think the breakfast should have been included in the price. |

Very nice owners who run this bed & breakfast. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Apparently new owners took over the hotel in December. They have done a tremendous job at improving what was previously a pretty run down hotel. Two thumbs up! |

Great Value for money, Very nice owners. easy to find. Good English breakfast. very clean. I will try to use it again if every in the area and hotel like Travel lodge or Hoilday inn can be puton hold in favour of this little gem in a very under valued area of Peterborough. the only thing I did not like was that on each morning of the stay I had to leave early and I really would haved liked to stay and chat with the owners for longer. |

Very nice small hotel. Friendly owner. Comfortable and warm facilities. Ensuite - which is not always available at accommodation in this price bracket in this area. Plenty of off-road parking. Convenient location. Exactly what I hoped for the budget I had. Will use again. Audilble conversation noise between rooms was annoying. Lighter breakfast options would have been appreciated e.g. fruit and yoghurt etc for less than £5. |
