The owners could not do enough to make my stay more enjoyable. They were very friendly and obviously keen to offer the very best level of service. Although clearly at the budget end of accommodation the room was comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities that you need like an ensuite, good hot shower, tea making facilities and a tv. |

The hosts were fantastic and the location was good. The room was comfortabloe although a bit small and was quiet. We think the breakfast should have been included in the price. |

Very nice owners who run this bed & breakfast. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Apparently new owners took over the hotel in December. They have done a tremendous job at improving what was previously a pretty run down hotel. Two thumbs up! |

Great Value for money, Very nice owners. easy to find. Good English breakfast. very clean. I will try to use it again if every in the area and hotel like Travel lodge or Hoilday inn can be puton hold in favour of this little gem in a very under valued area of Peterborough. the only thing I did not like was that on each morning of the stay I had to leave early and I really would haved liked to stay and chat with the owners for longer. |

Very nice small hotel. Friendly owner. Comfortable and warm facilities. Ensuite - which is not always available at accommodation in this price bracket in this area. Plenty of off-road parking. Convenient location. Exactly what I hoped for the budget I had. Will use again. Audilble conversation noise between rooms was annoying. Lighter breakfast options would have been appreciated e.g. fruit and yoghurt etc for less than £5. |

It was very quiet and convenient for town centre and we got a good price. But we really got basic stuff and got what we paid for. The fact that it is not as lovely as it claims to be. They show pretty room (only the one pretty room) and you actually get run down, old rooms with shredded towels. No sky tv as promised (but thats ok). Never saw any staff, ten on checking out he complained about taking a cheque! |

Owner was friendly and helpful. Sky digital tv was advertised but doesn't exist. TVs were 14 inches. You get what you pay for and at £40 you can't expect too much |

Good welcome, friendly staff, comfortable room Should tell you price of breakfast on the web site - after all it was only £5 extra - as I was thinking of going elsewhere until I was told the price on arrival. And the breakfast was rather nice too. |
