This Guest House was a great place to stay in. Excellent staff, really clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
The only thing I didn't like so much about this Guest House were in fact the other guests. They were too noisy and made a huge mess in the bathroom (it's a communal bathroom)
Clean bright and modern downstairs. I only slept there but wd b good for a family if they got new mattress an cleaned the carpet etc...
Just the mattress, no bulbs, remote and dirty carpet.. No toilet roll..
Mattress was so uncomfortable the springs kept dinning in to me, i got no sleep at all. Walls too thin I could hear every word/noise everyone else in the house was making Shared bathroom, when i used it i was interrupted on two occasions (i was only in there for a few seconds i may add) and my husband had the light switched off while having a shower. I felt very uncomfortable in the house. No tea/coffee facilities there was a shared kitchen - if I had known this I would have brought my own tea/coffee milk supplies. Not good value at all for no sleep and no refreshments
Thought it was very organised considering we got there very late and did not see a member of staff
Extra roll of toilet paper would of been good
Allowed a room change so our group of friends were in the same building. Brilliant stay!
All was great! We were travelling through the uk and it was the best place where we stayed.
The room was comfortable and had modern decor and was acceptably clean. The staff although not on site were at least in my experience reasonably responsive. The directions and access instructions were easy to follow. It is easy to park and a good location for motorists.
The facilities were extremely basic No towels at all No toileteries No hairdryer No iron/ironing board (you could ask staff in advance I guess but I couldnt find one) No fan in the room and it was hot No tea-making in room, no tea or coffee available on arrival at all. Tiny TV The room was quite small.
Needs blackout blinds up as it's bright all night from the street lights.
Its convenience to the Metro Good kitchen
I could not open my bedroom or the toilet window. The lock on my door did not seem at all secure. I expected some basic toiletries. I did not meet any member of staff, although the young man who told me the door code was possibly a member of staff.
Kitchen and lounge area Free parking Facilities Cafe round corner that does a cheap breakfast!!
Distance from city centre - £15 in a cab No soap in bathroom
How modern the interior was. And how close it was to the metrolink
No mirror. And no toilet roll. Wasn't sure if we had to provide our own
Size of the house. Comfortable room and courteous staff.
No complaints at all about my stay.
There was a well-equipped kitchen and a separate shared sitting room with dining table - had I wishes I could have cooked for myself.
Location, Parking, Internet, Cleanness
Bad not comfortable, charged my card before arrival, no option to pay with cash ...
Comfortable and suited our needs for a visit in order to attend a wedding just around the corner.
Staff very helpful
Room was too small for 4 persons!!!
Bus station 135 nearby - 40 minutes to Manchester Piccadilly, good wi fi, excellent staff, nice property
No litter bin in the room
Room comfortable and clean, well appointed kitchen and lounge area. Instructions for access to property timely. Dedicated parking
Easy to get to transport
Wi-fi intermittent, only 1dinner plate & 1dessert plate. No information available re local attractions, eating places or how to get to stations. House rules were supposed to be on living room door (not there). Television cord could not reach plug in bedroom and the TV controlled through a guest's bedroom.
Abruptness of staff, automation of booking in process. lacked personal touch.
Close to motorway. Staff very friendly and helpful when asked about directions etc.
Very poor kitchen facilities, 2 plates between 6 people, no microwave, pans frying pan. Kitchen door didn't shut and window in kitchen couldn't open. Had to cook sausages on baking tray on hob and smoke alarm kept going off and disturbing other guests. We also thought from Internet that we were staying in a self contained flat and not sharing with other people. Also no chairs in bedroom so sit on.
We had access to the other facilities within the guest house eg. Lounge, kitchen with cooking and washing facilities which was great. Would definitely stay again, was ideal for our size party and city centre easily accessible via tram.
The room was a little cramped considering it was based on 6 adults, in our party it was 2 adults and 4 children however ideal for a larger younger family.
