Clean large room
So so wi fi
Homely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Close to everything in Nuneaton. Food good too. As an Irish person - drinks really cheap!
Nothing. It perfectly suited my needs for this particular weekend.
Perfect location for our family party - it was in the hotel. Very friendly and polite staff Rooms were very comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were not to hot and the windows could be opened.
Bit of a wait at reception - but on the scale of the weekend, not really a problem.
Generally the place was fine.
The radiator in room 124 was incredibly disrupting, with a loud click/banging noise every so often which kept waking me up.
Good sized room and clean At £38 for the night vey good value for money
Bathroom VERY cramped
1 night stop over plenty of wedding parties going on, didn’t hear a thing had a good breakfast
shower shampoo holder was broken
Staff, Location, authenticity, mood.
beds, lack of sound isolation, single glass windows.
The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
Just a couple of small niggles, not enough coffee sachets in the room and the soap dispenser by the hand basin was empty.
Plenty of off road free parking Walk from rooms to hotel for a meal
Central heating too hot and no way to turn down
Clean and comfortable
The banging of bedroom doors in early morning waking u up with a jump very noisy. Not happy being woke up and should be shut quietly and notices should be up telling people as very annoying and tired.
very clean and pleasant staff very helpful nice menu
bed a bit low could smell smoking had taken place In the room
Comfortable clean and good size rooms. And heating worked! Lovely food too.
I liked it all.
Having ground floor facilities was for us excellent, the staff were courteous and helpful.
The menu was pitiful and nothing on it was entirely suitable for diabetics.we had cause to report one meal as being awful but this complaint was dealt with very quickly and courteously by the staff which we were very grateful for. The menu needs a bit more variety to it.
The Staff, Mine was an evening checkin and I required a few extras, pillows, milk, biscuits etc and Joe was very attentive and ensured I was comfortable as was all staff. Jane, Room Attendant did an excellent Job servicing my room. The manager, Jane was always helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank You All
cold .took 30min to check in. Noisy very Uncomfy !
The member of staff on check in changed rooms because we had 2 single beds and no cot when we requested a double bed and a cot. New room swapped and cot bought up within 5 minutes.
Nobody on check in desk had to wait 15 minutes with a 21 month old who was tired and grumpy.
Heating/pipes banging - needs an overhaul
The staff were good although I thought there could have been more of them on duty in the evening bar. Food well prepared and value for money.
The public toilet's and room en suite were not up to standard. En suite tiles are cracked and damaged. Toilet roll holder broken. shower head touching the extractor fan inside the shower cubicle (not sure if that's up to standard). Pop up sink waste not working. Generally not pleasant. Double glazing would be welcome.
Cost of stay Hot water Sheets and towels were clean
Bathroom and bedroom needs a thorough clean. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the money. Poor service at check in.
Good location. Friendly staff.nice pub
Heating system banging and clangin most of night kept us awake
The large bedroom, the large shower and all round comfort of the room.
Wifi didn't connect for me, but I was pleased you had free wifi it's essential.
Compared with Premier Inn this was half price and have to say easily comparable.
A little dated
The scruffy staff, the complete absence of professionalism' the long wait to check in and out , the state of the exterior windows , the rat traps by the entrance , as a hotel it fails on every count !!!
We needed Accommodation, as we were going to see a band at the Queens hall, good value, and good location
The room was clean and tidy with on suit bed firm and comfy Also a Key was suplied for after hour's late entry
The room was tired
