The hotel was let down by a stain on the bed sheets and one of the bedside tables had been ripped off the wall leaving the sharp brackets still attatched. (room406) had I have paid more than £30 I would be very dissapointed. |

Very nice clean tidy comfortable large modern room, nicely decorated. bar was nice downstairs good position center of Wakefield. I dont like being disturbed by house keeping entering my room 1st thing in the morning before I'm ever dressed. Check out is 11am and the lady from house keeping entered my room 9ish. It was embarrassing for the both of us. |

The location of hotel was perfect for where we wanted to be and the rooms were spacious and clean Walls too thin there was a party of men for the rugby who were very loud for most of the evening/early hours of the morning. Also double glazing would help as there was a lot of noise coming from the street below |

clean spacious room,in heart of city,near shops and pubs. very quiet when we were there. looked dated on outside but pleasantly surprised by inside considering reviews we had read on net. |

Location The room (a superior !) looked like the carpets had never seen a cleaning solution in months. The hotel in general looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks! |
