The Chateau building Staff Cleanliness Environment Breakfast Ample, adequate parking close to rooms.
Restaurant for Dinner, not conducive for an intermittent dinner party. Bar area too stark. Wedding celebration while we were there, taking preference. Restrictive lounge areas
the grounds & the surrounding area.
Preferred the breakfast room of last year's stay.
Location, location, location... Beautiful location, amazing building, absolutely loved our visit. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a special stay away.
Outside of hotel very characterful
The court rooms with windows inside the building over looking what? Very strange The radiators in the bathrooms were constantly on with no off button or control switch...too hot as it was a mild day. Some of the charm lost within the new restaurants and bars downstairs
Warm and professional welcome , very helpful , food was outstanding .. "Evening meal was beautiful " breakfast was cooked fresh and more than ample Our room was lovely and clean and very spacious
A dressing table or a mirror close to a plug socket would be beneficial for the ladies ... Was none close enough for my fiancé to do her hair and makeup ..
The Bed is incredibly comfortable Staff couldn't do enough Gardens are beautiful
The location of the rooms if your not staying in the main building Lack of umbrellas if its raining
Beautiful location. Lovely old building. Well maintained grounds. Interior was a tasteful mix of modern and original features. Professional staff. Breakfast good and well presented.
Thin walls in Impney Court? We could hear talking from rooms either side. Was initally disappointed on seeing new minimalistic Restaurant with Vitriano paintings, but it 'grew on me'!
Location & breakfast were great
Room had single bed. No notice of this when booked. I would have rather paid more for a double bed
We just loved the whole of the time we was there and we will be coming back
Very warm and friendly staff, clean hotel and grounds, room good standard and clean and right temperature.
Absolutely no atmosphere in the bar or restaurant
Main building worth staying in but on closer look needed a well deserved referb grounds were mature and well maintained good back drop for photographs
Staff abrupt and rude 3 times had to complain about no heating in room breakfast were clearing and talking all around made to feel very uncomfortable muffins out of date 2 days
Staff wonderful, very helpful and polite. Good room with all facilities Good food, breakfast marvellous
Grounds Location - close to walk into Droitwich
Unable to use bar on both days due to weddings Unable to use comfortable garden furniture as sole use for wedding guests Noisy room when wedding and another music function on at same time until 1am
Drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel and the food was excellent and the grounds were great to look at
Wasn't impressed with the way it's put over with pictures of the chateau making you believe that you're staying in the chateau room was very basic with woodchip walls , no colour as such so makes you feel like you're staying in a very basic run of the mill hotel
The main house the room the view the cleanliness of everywhere
Location; grounds; stunning building
having to make own tea and toast at breakfast; thick mugs instead of cups and saucers; poor quality of sausages etc. served at buffet.
Everything ! My Son had his wedding their and it was perfect, would highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding. I will visit again so I can spend time enjoying the gardens properly.
loved everything about our stay
having a dog barking until 11.00pm in a room opposite after both myself and partner has had a long day at work as we went to the hotel as a break from the children
The peaceful bedrooms and friendly staff in the bar and dining room. A good breakfast. The grounds are lovely.
The only thing was something you can't alter - the drone of traffic from the nearby motorway.
Very impressive house and grounds. It was very pleasant to sit on the terrace overlooking the gardens having an aperitif before dinner.
Room was not in main house but in a separate modern 2 storey building. The room was comfortable enough though rather small and dark and one of the lights did not work.
The views are stunning, the staff were excellent & the food & entertainment Outstanding. the Chateau is truly magical
The food in the Restuarant was abit on the exspensive side for what it was. Trying to be something it was not.
The atmosphere,staff,the ambience
