the new bar and restraunt
The staff were very courteous and very helpful with my mother's scooter
The Staff were very helpful and polite.
the weather while we were there was wet,
We were made to feel very welcome upon our arrival. Lovely clean, comfy room. Reception rang our room to make sure everything was alright. Gave us some proper milk to put in our tea upon request. Breakfast was fantastic and despite the early start the staff were very, very nice.
There was nothing we did not like about our stay.
Clean very friendly staff
Needed blackout curtains in the courtyard apt
Not so good if you stay in the courtyard
Location Staff hospitality Good breakfast/restaurant choice Free parking Free Wifi
The odour on entry to the apartment block I stayed in - 'old rusty' scent although the inside the apartments was very nice.
Basic hotel in reasonable location.
Very disappointed with room. The room had no external window; just a window onto an internal corridor. The furniture was broken, the television did not work properly and the bathroom floor was dirty. Not what I has expected from a hotel that trades on it's supposed reputation for luxury.
The room was supposed to be a double, I was given a twin and unable to move. It was an extremely hot day/night and with no air con in the room, we had to leave the door open to let a bit of air in! Very uncomfortable night. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous. 10/10 for that!
Everything ..... cant fault a thing ...well done ...
Armchairs, bed, restaurant,
Champagne in the room was a bit expensive
THE FOOD, THE HELPFUL STAFF, THE GROUNDS, THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE MAIN CHATEAU
WE FOUND THE APARTMENT VERY TIGHT ON SPACE IN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM AND THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE APARTMENTS TO BE NEGLECTED AND TIRED. THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND JUST ABOUT OK, FOR A SHORT STAY
Room was excellent Food was very good Surroundings are beautiful lovely walk around the estate The chateaux itself is wonderful a treat to stay
The dining room was a bit modern for me it was not what I expected but it was still very pleasant
Superior room with beautiful views, restaurant food was maybe a bit pricey but good. Breakfast was lovely good choices. Would definitely visit again!
Nice location & settings Spacious parking Wi Fi generally good
Limited seating avialable in hotel area.
No outside view from our bedroom
Location, impressive building and grounds, flexible, accommodating staff
"outbuilding" accommodation and not main hotel Bedroom facilities worn and tired
Plesant location friendly staff,
I booked this as a suprise for my 10 year old daughter I was disappointed that I was not accommodated in the main building, this was the purpose of booking.
Staff very unhelpful
We loved the architecture and garden. Staff were very friendly. We would stay there again
The main issue was noisy guests. There was two weddings that night and guests of the wedding were very noisy till early hours of morning. Cant blame the hotel staff for this. Room could have benefited by having two arm chairs as the only seating was the bed and a very dodgy looking stool.
The staff were very polite & helpful and the food was excellent
The room was warm & stuffy dated and basic - needs a makeover. Overall the room was disappointing & spoilt what would have been a great stay!

Size of Impney Court rooms Furniture
Location and surroundings were all excellent
Rooms in Impney Court are only average and we were disappointed with the standard of furnishings. It is essential that you have a room with an outside opening window during summer months
Make sure you stay in a bedroom in the 'old' house
Don't stay in the newly-built wing separate to the main hotel. It could double as a prison wing. Unbelievably, all rooms open off a central public lobby, and your only window faces into this lobby also. So forget privacy, natural light, countryside views or fresh air ventilation to your room.
Really good value, great breakfast and attentive polite staff. Liked it and would go back. Plus just a magnificent building and not difficult to access the road systems to go anywhere you want.
Limited air in room as window was into the enclosure and it was a still humid night. Some form of fan would help if not aircon.
