On 20 acres of landscaped grounds, The Pear Tree Inn is just 10 minutes from Worcester. With free parking and a restaurant, the hotel is just 2 minutes from the M5 highway.
Score from 520 reviews Very good
This private, refurbished hotel with restaurant is a short walk from the center of Droitwich Spa and a 10-minute drive from the M5 highway.
Score from 235 reviews Very good
Located between Stratford-upon-Avon and Worcester, The Oak is a traditional pub with a modern décor in the village of Upton Snodsbury. It offers fine cuisine and rooms with countryside views.
Score from 108 reviews Very good
Everything was absolutely fine apart from the soundproofing between the rooms
Sound proofing between the rooms is poor so sleep was disturbed at 3.30am when occupier in adjoining room paid a visit to the bathroom!
Look of the Hotel Friendly staff
A bit dated interior Restaurant not too good
Comfort and quality of accomodation
Nothing to add
The new restaurant is very chic. Food including breakfasts was excellent. Staff were friendly.
We liked the tacky eighties vibe of Jason's Carvery. Sad it's gone.
The house is stunning .
Impney court is a little stale could do with a refurb. Also air conditioning would be good as it was too hot to have a good sleep.
Loved the grounds and the view of the hotel itself from the road and grounds.Unfortunately we were delayed on our journey and had to cancel dinner but breakfast was beautiful.
The walk from our room to hotel for breakfast was lovely since it was a nice morning but I wouldn't be to pleased if it were raining. Would have preferred room in the main hotel.
Location and staff exellant !
Bar was quite expensive .
The breakfast The peace and quiet
Rooms were a bit dated
We had a room which was underground a felt oppressive, and would have not been acceptable for more than an overnight stay. The restaurant was poor, both in terms of value and quality. The breakfAst was OK
peace and quiet. just to relax. just our time
Staff very courteous and helpful, surroundings lovely. Food ok, nothing special.
Although apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, it was very sterile. Also so the shower did not work properly and could not be used. We ate in the bar as too late for lunch, although the food was ok, again there was no atmosphere at all. Would have preferred cups, saucers and tea or coffee pots at breakfast, not there are your mugs, get your own drinks. Given the outside appearance, we thought there would be more ambience to the hotel.
Price, nice grounds.
Rooms were not in the main building, but in a dated extension some distance away.
The grounds and cuisine, the friendliness of the staff, the ease of checking in and out, the decor...
The noise of the M5 motorway in the background, the thin walls between bedrooms, and the smell of the previous occupant in the bed the previous evening to us.
Self catering apartments that were booked for my daughter and her bridesmaids. Fabulous value for money and in a lovely setting. Also thought were very polite and helpful and breakfast was very good.
Our superior double room had a lovely view but was very small.
the new bar and restraunt
The staff were very courteous and very helpful with my mother's scooter
The Staff were very helpful and polite.
the weather while we were there was wet,
We were made to feel very welcome upon our arrival. Lovely clean, comfy room. Reception rang our room to make sure everything was alright. Gave us some proper milk to put in our tea upon request. Breakfast was fantastic and despite the early start the staff were very, very nice.
There was nothing we did not like about our stay.
Not permitted in the featured main bar/lounge due to a wedding. Despicable service to fee paying residents resulting in given the option of reception area or the room. Manager had only 3 words in his lexicon - "I do apologise". Unacceptable to not be allowed into the main bar area, but lovely English speaking staff - especially Olly.
We liked the relaxed atmosphere, we loved the breakfast. We loved the chateau itself, we loved the gardens, we loved the staff.
We wished we had upgraded and stayed in the chateau not in the Impney court. Toilet seat broke, drawer missing in dressing table. Cold walking from court to hotel.
Breakfast Staff and breakfast was delightful and saved the experience from falling past poor.
The mattress had Zero support, the three drawer desk had a drawer missing, the table under the window had it's left hand side detaching from the table top and the room felt grubby.
staff breakfeast surroundings
bedrooms (value for money 82 pounds in my books it is a lot of money to have a brick wall view) never again
Clean very friendly staff
Needed blackout curtains in the courtyard apt
Not so good if you stay in the courtyard
Location Staff hospitality Good breakfast/restaurant choice Free parking Free Wifi
The odour on entry to the apartment block I stayed in - 'old rusty' scent although the inside the apartments was very nice.
