Very helpful and relaxed staff. Excellent half bottle of champagne. The shower in roon 220 was a little feeble and took lots of time to warm up. |

staff/food/friendleness although we returned to the hotel after midnight I felt it harsh bearing in mind there were about 10 people all over 45 not allowing the bar to be open or drinks given by the night porter. |

Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious, very close to theatre (we came to see a show), managed to park car opposite the hotel - we were lucky! Would have liked a sea view but as we booked late this was apparently the last double room and it was a long way from lift, couldn't find games room. Not important though. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Great location. The bath wouldn't run hot water at any speed. One of the sink taps (cold)was broken(slightly). One light bulb not working. |

The hotel is well positioned in the town for the beach, shopping and views. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking is a problem, especially at busy times. Can be a bit noisy if you leave your window open at night when the pubs/nightclubs close. |

The hotel managed to keep the 19th century style with the modern comfort. Very comfortable beds too. |

A very freindly hotel, the staff were exceptionally polite and it didnt seem that anything was to much of a bother for them. It is very centrally located for Worthing Town itself. The smoking area for the bar seemed to be right at the main enterance which means that you have to walk in through a cloud of cigarette smoke, but this only happend when the hotel had a large function |

The staff were very good especially reception. The breakfast was brought to our room and we had a sea view. The darkness of the bars made my eyes ache. There should be somehwere brighter. |

The staff were very helpful and seemed numerous. Impressive really. It's good to go somewhere were all of the staff we saw smiled. We didn't even have to wear the clown suits to get them to smile as we do at other hotels. The proximity of the Hotel to the town centre is good. Not sure about all of the rooms, but ours seemed rather smaller than we'd have expected for the price and did seem a bit "used". Could do with a spruce. I imagine parking could be an issue as it is fairly limited. Luckily for us, no big events on. Whilst the selection for breakfast was ok, they could try some better quality ingredients. I left food on my plate which isn't a regular occurance! |

The customer service was above and beyond what was expected, the staff were very friendly, helpful and obviously well trained. We were the only ones that used the games room and it showed that not many people used it. Poor, broken table tennis table, balls missing from the pool table etc, it looked like a store room for carpet, but this was a small point. |
