Lovely Room with excellent views, friendly staff and good location and although it was expensive for us I believe that the money paid was worth the accomodation that we had and the service that was provided as we had a baby with us the hotel gave us a larger room than the one originally booked, very happy with this hotel and would stay again Single beds in the room

Superb location with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious rooms. Good choice quality breakfast will excellent staff. A minor point but the accommodation was heading towards tired and getting ready for a refurb. But only like many hotels and this was not to the detriment of my stay.

Wifi The hotel needs a complete re-furb, it's like walking into the 70'S. the dining room closes at 20:30 the quality of the rooms is poor, at £90 per night it is simply unacceptable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable although the decor was very 80's. The bathroom had bath and shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast room was rather overcrowded and access to the buffet in the centre difficult, but the cooked food was good. The public areas were rather shabby and the whole hotel could do with updating, especially with regard to soundproofing. Our door was a fire door but had a 3cm gap at the bottom which also let the corridor light and conversations in.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and couteous. We were really suprised by the quality of the food which was excellent and of a very high quality. The half board easter break package was great and the easter eggs were a nice touch. Shame we did not have a better view we were overlooking the bus garage. The 10.30am check out was a bit early.

Deal we were put in the room overlooking. The bus garage but when I phoned for anUpgrade we were given a nicer room with no charge

The breakfast was excellent and also the service the best I have experienced so far in the hotels I have stayed. Afternoon cream tea served in the lounge was also very good and I had not experience this on other hotels either.N

Lovely welcome On Friday 15th February we arrived back at the hotel at 10.45 pm and were hoping to have a drink at the bar as we have done many times before. We found the bar to be closed and were told we could have a drink in our room which we did not want to or we could go out to one of the bars in town which we did do. This was disappointing and although we do not use the hotel on a regular basis but when visiting Worthing this is our first choice and have in the past brought our Parents along, I don't think we will be staying again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet included in my price. Nice and warm (cold weather at the time) and comfortable bed. My bathroom needed updating and the general decor in the hotel needed improving.

Location was good. Room and communal areas very comfortable. Breakfast good Buckets in the corridors to catch the drips. The hotel literature states that some rooms overlook sea or gardens. SHould also point out you might overlook a sad, boring, eyesore of the coach garage! With no sea view. Felt the tea coffee biscuits should have been replenished after the first night.
