Very friendly staff and manager, nice room with a partial sea view. Good selcection at breakfast. Radiator jammed on and room too hot as a result overnight - staff offered to move us but we liked the situation of room and so stayed. Manager gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to compesate which was a gesture.Car parking a real problem - got an al day voucher one day to park outside on a meter zone but managed to pick up a £70 parking fine the following day for being half an hour late to pay at meter - all this before 9.30 am in the morning! |

Excellent location in the centre of town, but on the sea front with rooms overlooking the gardens and sea. Our stay was only for one night, and with the hotel being quiet, we were given a free upgrade to a four poster bedroom with stunning sea view. |

the staff were courteous and all the meals we took were well presented and at the right temperature The parking is reasonabley convenient and seems relatively safe but of course if the hotel had a private park then this would add even more appeal |

It was very handy for the shops and the room though small was clean. Breakfast was ok but it would had been nice if the prunes did not have stones in them. |

Very comfortable accomodation and the breakfast was really good. Shame about the lack of parking. We were lucky it wasn't raining as we had to use the local multi storey car park. |

we liked the hotel being near the beach and the shops near the hotel staff great food in restruant good to. I found it difficult to have a shower as there wass no pressure at all I have to go to the hairdresser to get my hair washed. I have long hair. My husbans had to wet his body the apply soap and the hold the hand held shower and hold it close to the body to get enough water to shower I feel that with not pressure it was very difficult to shower as we do shower each day. |

Clean, comfortable acommodation, close proxiamity to town and the beach area. Friendly staff efficient service. Was not informed that we needed yellow slips to drink from the bar at check in i had mislaid mine. Also pillows were very uncomfortable. |

the hotel had a good location beside the seaside the room was clean staff very friendly and polite the breakfast wasnt up to much the coffee tasted good the bar prices were reasonable too...all in all a very stay was had at the hotel |

We were ,on arrival, told that we had been upgraded to a room at the front of the hotel and we expressed our thanks for this. However, there was a festival going on which we were not imformed about which made this area of the hotel extremely noisy from very early morning until late at night! Had we been informed of this possibility we would not have changed rooms. |
