We were very pleased to find we had been given a lovely seaside view. The room was comfortable and very clean and reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Although the breakfast was included in the price, it was not of a very high quality. Although the cooked breakfast was ok, the orange juice was watered down, the bread was of the cheapest variety and the tea was stewed,Sadly this marred an otherwise very pleasant stay.at this hotel.. |

The staff were very polite. The room was clean and tidy. The room was available at the time stated. We found the rooms very dark, mainly because the decor was dark brown and blue walls and as the rooms were small it was dismal. Also our room was at the back and the disco noise was very noticeable till the early hours. |

just used it for an overnight stay The hotel appeared to have been excellant in the past but was just about in need of refurbishment. however I have stayed in very many worse hotels than this, as it was quite spacious with private lounges for sitting in, clean with excellant staff |

The staff were polite and friendly, the hotel restaurant served good Indian food with an enjoyable atmosphere The rooms were very small, the plumbing in a number of rooms did not work properly and cleanliness was disappointing. The hotel looked tired internally. |

The closeness to Hastings town centre and the breakfast was good. It needs some money spending on it as it is tired. Our room was at the back of the hotel and did not sleep well the first night as there was noise from the nightclub strip. |

Reception and breakfast staff were friendly, and hotel was convenient for centre of Hastings The taps for the bath were very stiff, as was the shower lever. I'm 6' 2" and 14 stone, and I struggled to turn the taps on, so how an old lady would manage, I don't know. |

The breakfast was very good. The cold water kept losing pressure, resulting in a scalding hot shower. this was fixed when we reported it. |

Staff were very friendly, room clean and tidy. It took 1 1/2 hours to get hotwater to the room which was extremely frustrating to the point that we ended up only staying one night and cancelling the second night. Water came in fits and starts...not very good when you are trying to get somewhere on time! |
