Sea view Just basic interior , furniture bit tired, needs updating, musty smell to carpets, especially as you come out of lift.

I had stayed there before and was well aware of facilities and service. The price offered was very good and the hotel was ideally located for my stay.

The hotel is situated very handily for Hastings town centre, and the sea....and the price is reasonable. The bed was not very comfortable......very small. And although having a sea view is a plus, it is always a double edged sword.... A constant flow of traffic (with a biker's convention the next day) along the front, all through the night. Got very little sleep. This is a problem with any hotel overlooking the sea front though.....unless air conditioned and windows can be closed. Hotel could do with a makeover, but of course that would push the prices up to the silly levels that plague the uk.

I liked the location, being opposite the sea, easy access to the town and shops. I found the single room comfortable and was pleased with the help given by the staff. The Indian cuisine in the restaurant seemed to be good.

Hi to all, i stayed at this hotel for four days over the bank holiday weekend and i was plesantly surprised with the hotel in general, bathroom could of been better but all in all the room was excellent. Great location on the seafront and i was especially pleased with the help and friendlyness of all the hotel staff, great customer service, oh and i nearly forgot about the indian restaurant an absolute winner!!!!! Thanks for a great stay. The bathroom was good but the bath itself needed some work i.e rust under the taps due to it leaking. my only complaint!!

Good value for money. Room and bathroom were both very clean. My single room had heating, a TV, tea/coffee facilities and the hotel had a lift. Lobby also had WiFi. My room had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly. Hot water cut in and out every now and again. Not a big problem, just a little annoying.

I loved coming into an uncrowded lobby/foyer every time, so quiet and restful!Regular change of towels and sheets. Bathroom had a few things that needed repairing or put right. Floor tiles missing from bathroom floor, no toilet roll holder in place. And the front of the bathroom sink vanity unit needs washing/ cleaning as one can see how dirty it is when sitting on the toilet.

A comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Good breakfast. One minor moan. Our computerised key hadn't been updated after the time change ( 4 months previously) so we couldn't gain access after breakfast.

We liked the location being this near to the seafront. The hotel looks very old. There is no need for a hotel to repair the carpet on the stairs with ductape!

Location and value for money, a basic but tidy/clean hotel. Full English Breakfast a little limited perhaps, bathroom in my room 'past its best' though clean, and internet WiFi not available during my stay.
