Great Size room. Very Comfortable Bed Reception and breakfast staff friendly and helpful Nicely cooked English Breakfast.

The hotel staff when I checked in (late I might add), were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and larger than I thought it would be, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. All in all my experience at De Vere Venues Cheadle House was excellent!!!! I would use this hotel in the future for any and all trips.

Chalk like substance on the pavement outside the hotel (leading to carpark etc) which stuck to shoes, got inside of the car etc but nothing too major

We have stayed at many hotels but i have never experienced the very high level of customer service that we received at Cheadle House, every member of the staff without exception was so helpfull and friendly, all staff were cheerfull and polite and genuine with their wish to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will stay again at this hotel and i will recommend to friends and family. Well done to all of the staff at De Vere Venues Cheadle House.

For the price i paid an excellent £18 for the night this is a fantastic choice for a hotel when visiting manchester. i was expecting a bit of a run down country house type hotel when looking at the photos but its clean and well decorated hotel its not modern in the rooms but clean and you get a decent tv if that matters to you no bath in my room a big minus for me and my fiancee we both like a relaxing bath on nights away overall good choice wouldnt pay full price though

-food was very poor we had two sandwiches for £11 looked and tasted like cheap buffet sandwiches. -no bath

Difficult to find entrance at night Small entrance set back from road Other people have made same comment Was offered disabled room on grd floor. Bathroom has a major snag. Bath has many rails which prevents shower curtain from being placed inside bath resulting of flooding of bathroom floor when taking a shower.

Stayed here after match at Old Trafford on a £19 deal. Room decent size, very comfy and seemed newly done. Decent bathroom with plentiful hot water. Got back 10.45 and found bar had shut early - they reopened it for us. Rooms have tea/coffee facilities. Lobby has cappuchino facities as well as good choice of teas, fesh milk, unlike room, and apples - all free. Breakfast extra - we got it for £7.50 though apparently now £10.50 - v good buffet choice - lots of hot options, cereals, pastries, fruit salad, toast etc. Excellent value and v well placed for Old Trafford.

Welcoming reception staff. The hotel has a great, traditional character from the outside and a modern, comfortable inside. The availability of free coffee/tea in the lobby area was welcome

The room is big, bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is very helpful. They have a very good price during this period, gbp 19 per night
