Close to the airport made our holiday start a day early :) even though it was in manchester very clean and excellent staff who obviously knew there customer service training :) The cost of drinks at the bar!

Accessability from Airport and within easy reach of my place of work Poor information given when booking in- had to ask meal times and how to get internet access. No information availiable in room regarding internet access or room service Bedside light not working. This was obviously a known defect as the reading light from the desk had been moved to the bedside.- Sorted out when I requested it to be looked at I did not think my room was very clean. Other peoples hair found in toilet and bath. I have not found this on previous stays in this hotel

Had one night stay at the hotel as was flying from Manchester early in the morning,so location was fine,cheap price,staff very friendly, my partner left her phone at the hotel but dint realise till we arrived back from holiday,had message on the phone from the hotel saying they had an item from our stay,so called hotel and they sent mobile phone down to us, so that was really good of them One thing I would recommend hotel to do is just look at the bathroom as was mold around the bath just needs a good clean

Staff were polite and room was clean Poor Service resulting in a catalogue of problems which brought Fawlty Towers to mind. The double room booked was not available, so actually stayed in a single room

Price and locality to airport. Rooms clean and comfortable for what we required. Ability to park on site when abroad. Staff were slighty unproffessional and could be heard swearing when unaware people where near by.

The helpfulness of the reception staff. It was a very cold night and room heater wasn't enough - on request they provided furtjher heater very quickly. All other staff very attentive. Considering our booking was very low cost (£19) and last minute was very impressed with accomodation.

Convenient for our requirements Our room, room 9, was better suited for a single person as the bed was so close to the wall that it was almost impossible for someone to get into bed from that side. The bathroom smelt a little musty, as though there was dampness somewhere. We only used the room to sleep in as we were with family locally from breakfast to bed time.

Good value, clean room. Coffee machine downstairs didn't work so no coffee in morning prior to leaving. Also they helped themselves to £2.50 credit card booking fee when I would have paid by cash.

The interior was modern and in good condition, seemed quite recently renovated. The price was excellent and as a result we recommended to four other friends, who also booked. Very, very good value for money and a pleasant stay. The bathroom floor was a little unclean with a few stray hairs, which was rather off putting, bearing in mind the type of hairs they would have been in that room!

Lovely spacious rooms in nice building set in gardens. Great breakfast. Couldn't find my booking on arrival! Was sorted out at reasonable time, but worrying! Hadn't read my comments on request for rooms on same corridor.
