Everything :-) Comfy bed, lovely hosts, close to the beach and town centre - what more could you ask for!
All round very good value for money very pleasant stay & nothing was too much trouble :D will absolutely stay again.
Lovely friendly people (from Birmingham of course) who were very accommodating to us. Great to be just 100 yards from the sea with a balcony view as well, just a shame it was January! Comfy, clean room, nicely done.
for me, I could have done with a desk to work at, but given the size of the room, it wasn't really possible. If I wasn't on a business trip then it wouldn't matter. Certainly wouldn't put me off staying again though
A lovely house a minute's walk from the sea and ten minutes from the town center. Warm welcome from the hosts, a comfy room and spacious bathroom, sea view, lovely breakfast. Thank you, Troy and Julie!
Friendly & helpful owners, Comfortable room, Cleanliness, great breakfast, easy access to beach & town centre with parking facilities..
There was nothing to dislike
very clean , great location and good breakfast
The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They helped us avoid having our car blocked in. The food was lovely and the view from our breakfast table pleasant. The location was within walking distance of both the beach and the town.
The parking was limited and ensured that there was a constant fear of being blocked in. Our ground floor room turned out to be in an annex that suffered from poor wifi and phone reception.
Everything about it. Lovely room, beautifully clean bathroom, great breakfast, lovely owner- everything was perfect!!
There was nothing we didn't like!
Very clean and nicely furnished.
Private bathroom but not en suite. A seperate door on the public landing - take a dressing gown!
I received a warm welcome and send off. The room was tastefully furnished, very clean with a lovely modern shower room The bed was very comfortable. I woke at 03.10am and was thrilled that I had a few hours more in it. I've stayed in most B&Bs on the Hill and this is the nicest so far. I look forward to my next visit.
The only minor point that would prevent a mark of 10/10 is that the shower in the lovely shower room lacks a bit of power. A minor flaw that wouldn't put me off a return visit.
Beautiful house and friendly staff. Bedrooms really clean and excellently decorated . A short walk into Falmouth and the local bay is well worth a visit.
I've stayed here every year for the past 4 years with friends and family, it's an excellent family run B&B with friendly owners and lovely food. The rooms are very clean and comfy with great bathrooms and ensuits. No problems.
There was nothing bad about here!
everything was clean and in very good order, owners was very friendly and very help full.
no smoking allowed on the outside balcony ? would not have booked this room if i had known.
Good location and the facilities were great. The owner kindly put me in a double room instead of a single because I was staying for a week which was nice. Bed was comfy, hot shower. The internet didn't work on my phone but was fine for my tablet.
The car park at the front is very narrow! When someone parked next to me, it was very tight and I ended up scratching my car trying to back out. There was also a very funny smell in the corridor of the annex they put me in... couldn't make it out but it wasn't in my room so that was fine. I would definitely stay there again.
Very clean and comfortable. Owners were very hospitable. Good location.
No full length mirror in the room!
The view was good and breakfast was nice
The room was a bit small - my husband found it awarkward to get in and out of the door. He also bashed his head on the glass shelf in the bathroom - the appliances were packed into too small a space.
The room was lovley all the facilities were great and the staff were really attentive and just lovley people. Deffinaly going back
Great location, everything needed for a weekend away included within the room or at the guest house.
Separate en-suite with no usable shower
Friendly welcome and shown to a choice of rooms, nice views towards the beach which is really close by, comfy sleep in practical and tasteful rooms, and great breakfast. Will return again.
Chellowdene was exceptionally clean. We were greeted warmly by our hostess, Julie - Will certainly stay again.
The shower in the en-suite was rather tight fitting - not quite enough elbow room.
very welcoming host lovely clean room with fab view nice breakfast
all good including excellent breckfast.
The room was spotless
Shower wet from hot to cold Check-in was between 4 and 6 and was told that this was in the terms and conditions. When I left, they took payment without me being present, but I needed to pay on my business card, they were going to charge me to refund and then take on a different card! Apparently, this is in the terms and conditions too.
Friendly welcome Everything worked Warm & Cosy Lovely fresh breakfast
The guest house is in a great location for those who like to be close to the beach and have a walk along the prom. Facilities were excellent and the room clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Parking is a big problem. We ended up parking in a nearby street, as it was easier.
