The owners were a lovely couple, made you very welcome. The room was spotless, as was the dining area and lounge, where you could sit and read magazines and books that were provided. The en-suite, was a little tiny, sliding door into a loo and a very small shower, we were only there the one night so could put up with it. Also the Breakfast time was rather limited 8.15 - 9.00 but the food was very nice. |

Very clean, tidy room, fresh towels etc every day. Nice breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Balcony and sea views very nice. Very friendly host and hostess and not too intrusive. Nice location in a smart area near to a beach. Parking is a problem. It is shared at the front and you can get blocked in but the owners are happy to move cars around. We parked on a side road which was fine. |

It was convenient for our purposes Yes - lack of any vegetarian options for breakfast despite the fact that we were asked if there was any dietary requirements on our initial booking. We ended up having to have a full english breakfast minus all the meat elements but were not offered any alternatives such as extra mushrooms etc. |

I liked the close proximity of the hotel to the beach and the price of the room. I was not impressed with the parking facillities, the decor of the bedrooms and the shower room. The furnishings need to be updated and the so-called sea-view lacked alot of the sea. |

The welcome we received was first class and the hotel felt very homely. I would return with no hesitation Parking was a bit of a carry on if the hotel was full as the parking is very tight and you tend to get blocked in and have to wait for the person to move their cars |

Ideal location for the beach, town centre, and rail station. Friendly staff with excellent service, and a freshley cooked breakfast each morning. The hotel was especially clean and very well presented. One minor observation,There was no lock on the door leading to the bathroom for privacy. |
