Free parking Next to a McDonalds, handy for there alternate breakfast Good dining facility Rooms a little sparse but consequently spacious Nice quality shampoo and handwash in wall fixed devices. Bath in bathroom as well as the sure unit over it. Very close to a ssinsbury'S... Handy for nice treats. Needed I d if paying with Cash? Large beds but not the most comfortable mattress No complimentary biscuits, Bath in bathroom on the small side Clean decor but a little worn and bland. Poor view of a wall

Very friendly and helpful staff before arrival, at arrival and during stay. Very good food at breakfast with lots of variety. Very comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. Only criticism is that only two highchairs available in dining area. Our family were first for breakfast and took up two. Others arriving were unable to sit young children up to the table. Do not think two highchairs are enough for family friendly Inn. No toilet brush in bathroom.

It was convenient for our purpose. A family wedding nearby The price was much higher than the TY and other publicity indicated. The soap dispensers - when in the shower the gel washes off ones hands

Polite and helpfull staff; comfortable and clean room free parking; good service and great breakfast and dinner selection. Wi-Fi was not free... Throughout our 5 weeks of travel throughout Europe and the uk this was the only place that did not offer free wi-fi Hotel was a bit difficult to locate initially as we weren't expecting to encounter so many roundabouts - frequent hotel direction signage by the roadside would have been helpful

You get what you pay for. Not the best, but ok for one night. Comfortable bed Good breakfast We asked for a quiet room, not on side of a12 and railway.. Receptionist said she would give us a room on the other side, but the room she gave us overlooked the road and railway! She was happy to change the room, but gave us another one on the noisy side. Obvious it would be, because it had an even number. Third room was ok, but receptionist should know which side of the hotel the rooms are on. Very noisy bathroom extractor fan that stayed on for about 30 minutes after light was turned off. Stopped us getting to sleep.

Very convenient, good comfortable warm restaurant attached, I.E. Incorporated. Everything one needs. The bar lady was very helpful later in the evening when my son needed something for his throat. A lovely comfortable stay. Barbara Carlile Donald The cleaning agent you use in the corridors is always a bit smelly, somewhat unnatural. One knows what to expect The size of the receipt is ridiculoulsy small. It is illegible when sending it as a pdf to our Accounts office. I thought it was a 'one- off'' from a stay at anlother Premier Inn a couple of weeks ago but it is obviously now standard opractice. It is significant enough for me to avoid Premier Inn hotels in future. Also - service in the restaurant, whilst friendly, was slow.

Good location, convenient to Chelmsford. Reasonable costs. Godd facilities in room. Good breakfast provided at reasonable cost. Quiet during evening and night time. Good parking facilities. Bed squeaked.

The reception staff was (?Debbie?) was very polite and helpful We were told everything was cooked from fresh and it was there in less than 5 minutes!!! My bacon wasn't warm and what I was really excited about was you did tinned Tomatoes, my favourite, and they were cold. I didn't have time to moan. We also the lounge tv to b turned up and they said no! Thanks

Convenient location for wedding reception we were going to.all staff very helpful 2 in particular. Lady who was on desk sat 3rd sept during aft and especially ben who was on night duty. Very patient fella. Bar closed early at around midnight
