The staff were the best part of this hotel had they been anything less good I think I would checked out.

The location was very poor, shared the area with a MacDonalds, a major filling station and was at the junction of several major roads. The towel warmer did not work.

You get what you pay for. Not the best, but ok for one night. Comfortable bed Good breakfast

We asked for a quiet room, not on side of a12 and railway.. Receptionist said she would give us a room on the other side, but the room she gave us overlooked the road and railway! She was happy to change the room, but gave us another one on the noisy side. Obvious it would be, because it had an even number. Third room was ok, but receptionist should know which side of the hotel the rooms are on. Very noisy bathroom extractor fan that stayed on for about 30 minutes after light was turned off. Stopped us getting to sleep.

Welcoming and Friendly reception staff. Rooms spacious , clean and comfortable. Good value.

Very convenient, good comfortable warm restaurant attached, I.E. Incorporated. Everything one needs. The bar lady was very helpful later in the evening when my son needed something for his throat. A lovely comfortable stay. Barbara Carlile Donald

The cleaning agent you use in the corridors is always a bit smelly, somewhat unnatural. Although the good thing is that you obviously use them :) B C-D

One knows what to expect

The size of the receipt is ridiculoulsy small. It is illegible when sending it as a pdf to our Accounts office. I thought it was a 'one- off'' from a stay at anlother Premier Inn a couple of weeks ago but it is obviously now standard opractice. It is significant enough for me to avoid Premier Inn hotels in future. Also - service in the restaurant, whilst friendly, was slow.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always found the staff friendly and helpfull. We will stay with them again

We were told everything was cooked from fresh and it was there in less than 5 minutes!!! My bacon wasn't warm and what I was really excited about was you did tinned Tomatoes, my favourite, and they were cold. I didn't have time to moan. We also the lounge tv to b turned up and they said no! Thanks

We stayed there to attend a family function. The staff were very helpful and attentive and we would certainly use them again.

Nothing. The price is reasonable and the hotel is comfortable.
