great value for money and staff always friendly.
they must have put us in their worst room ( no 6). Basic isn't the word. Looking straight out at a brick wall and not even a kettle to make a drink!
Clean, modern with great hot showers at an amazing price for London. Public transport on the door stop.
- clean, spacious room and affordable price - biscuits in the room
Conveniently near to overground station and within walking distance of tube.
We could hear the McDonald's drive through next door (and every word of what people were ordering!) from 6am in the morning. The blind was covered in mildew and the shower head was sellotaped together. The bedside lamp had seen better days but in all fairness everything worked ok. Fine for one night.
Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, 2 minutes walk from train station and really good value for money.
Would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the room in the morning but no cup, glass or kettle in my single room!
Although it was very hot in the hallways of the hotel, the radiator in our room was closed. The window was too old and dirty, the curtains were dirty too. In the bathroom there was no towel hook/holder. The towels were torn. The luminaire on the nightstand was broken.
It's location an heat control tv bed space and shower was lovley
All ... really all.
If you looking for good location to be turist in London, this is the place. For good price you have a good bedroom
Great reception staff. Next door to MacDonald's. Good location.
Cheap compared to elsewhere in area but still expensive
Somebody had obviously had a number 2 in the toilet before we hot there as it stunk! Also had faeces around the rim of toilet. And no coffee/tea or shower gels
Close to London for an overnight stay. Reasonably priced. Clean. Staff friendly. Good Shower.
Curtain needed rehanging as would not close. Lamp missing from bedside table. Only one pillow on the bed. Very noisy road and very steep stairs.
Not especially close to any tube stations. Paid for a "premium triple room" tho what was premium about it I have yet to discern. Chose to book here as it advertised three single beds but got standard family room. Mixed experience with members of staff, the male staff member on reception when we arrived was very stuck up and arrogant. The female staff member there when we checked out very friendly and hospitable. All in all don't recommend this place unless you are desperate for a relatively cheap place to stay
I liked the location, very easy to find from Saint-Pancrass, many buses to go to london center and more, clean room and not expensive. Also a very nice staff.
the only problem I find is that walls are kinda thin, so you hear people coming back from Brixton around 3 or 4 , but that's not that big deal.
No toiletries No table No curtain so once blind is open, the inside is exposed.
Good place to stay in London
upgraded room after complaining
No Wifi in first room and Building. No space Np glasses or cups
It was close to main city area , easy to travel into and getting home , the bus pretty much stops out front ... 24hr someone at desk to help who were really friendly and helpful
Only thing was macdonaldds next door :( I could hear the drive thru lady at early hrs other than that was great !
very clean and nice!
tea facilities (kettle) in the room would be nice
Location is very convenient. Most central London sites, as well as South Kensington museums, are easily accessible by bus. Overground connection is convenient for travelling to Greenwich museums. Lots of shops and restaurants for any budget in the vicinity. Rooms are clean. The reception is helpful and available 24 hours a day. The radiator allows heating the air to comfortable temperatures in winter in spite of a single-glass window.
The bathroom in my apartment was very confined, no room to comfortably put toiletries. The hot water valve leaked and the back of my bed staggered. A tea set in the room, as it is customary in UK, would be desirable.
Great location for brixton academy and just over road from train station. McDonalds directly next door, great for breakfast!
Noticable humming coming from McDonalds air conditioning system on top of building across the road. Not loud enough to interfere with sleep. Bit loud from top floor with window open though.
Friendly, approachable and helpful staff. Great budget hotel - we did not stay in room for too long as we were out, but good value for money.
There was a smell of drains in bathroom
Clean, warm and Convenient for london overground line
The room was very noisy, we could hear the other guests moving around.
The room is not very big but tidy and very easy to find
Some noisy very disturb
