Chelsea House Hotel - B&B  

It was centrally located and the Tube station was nearby hence we were quite mobile

The room was very small and the facilites were not adequate

Not much room was tired looking with paint spattererd wardrobe,no seating & steep stairs. Breakfast ok but limited choice no fruit or breads other than white or brown toast.

no tv even though other rooms had them,reception staff said ' digital being installed still' i dont think so. no tea/coffee facilities broken furniture no bedside lamps no lampshade,just a bulb on show draughty window poor fitting curtains,dirty room,broken shower door,no sink plug,heating came on 7.30 at night unable to get room key one night waited for over 40 mins with other guests and member of staff was very discurteous,bad attitude wot about customer service etc room in need of decorating poor breakfast- little choice 4 cereals,juice and two pieces of cold toast bought to table and reception staff always on mobile phones ?? even when talking to guests sorry to say not a good experience and not worth the money

Small hotel with affordable pricing.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating, room was clean and comfortable. Wardrobe door off !! Would have been good to have had akettle in the room after arriving late but staff were very good and made us one. Would def return and it was so convenient for earls court,

The room badly needed redecorating. Heating in the evening but none at all the following morning. It was very cold. Breakfast was poor and although supposed to open at 8am was 15 minutes late.

Plumbing was terrible. Plug sockets didnt work Tv had bad signal Parking on site costs 15 pound per night. Absolutely shocking Worse hotel iv ever stayed in

Rooms were cramped and smelt of damp, the outside noise level was unacceptable and the room was extremely warm , which lead to a very poor nights sleep . the breakfast I mean what breakfast was the poorest ive every experienced and I am a seasoned traveler , wasn't expecting the ritz but basic comfort and half decent breakfast would not be to much to ask for very dissapointed

Close to the chelsea and westminster hospital where I was on a course

The room was cramped, there was a fridge freezer in the room ? for what reason. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, I stayed for 4 nights and every night I returned to the room my door hadn't been shut and anyone could have walked in. There was no towel change during my stay. Breakfast never opened until 8am and that was too late for me but no offer of anything earlier. When I was leaving in the morning I had to wait to hand my key in as the night person was possilby asleep and answered in his pyjamas.
