This hotel is very well located as we wanted to be close to the Chelsea stadium. The staff was helpful. And for 55£ I think we couldn't wait for a better service!

It's location is near London Underground Station. It's also near Chelsea Football Stadium. A nice pub and several grocery stores in its vicinity. Bad windows, so the rooms are very noisy. Unclean rooms and bathroom. Unreliable WiFi connection. Too expensive for what it offers. Lower standard than in Youth Hostels. Breakfast limited to 2 slices of toast, butter and marmalade or cereals.

It was close to the Tube station and cheap. Everything was very old and falling apart. The radiator didn't work and nothing felt well cared for.

Close to the chelsea and westminster hospital where I was on a course The room was cramped, there was a fridge freezer in the room ? for what reason. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, I stayed for 4 nights and every night I returned to the room my door hadn't been shut and anyone could have walked in. There was no towel change during my stay. Breakfast never opened until 8am and that was too late for me but no offer of anything earlier. When I was leaving in the morning I had to wait to hand my key in as the night person was possilby asleep and answered in his pyjamas.

Location only. Cleaning was alright for a few days. Heating in the room was not working. We asked for it to be fixed but they said they will do it after we depart. They gave us a small heater instead but it isvery dangerous to leave it on during the night. Some of the staff were really not friendly. The room in really bad condition with moulded walls and paint coming off the ceiling. We asked for coffee/tea in the reception and the guy just replied rudely with just a no!!!! Really low quality/price ratio

Departure. Dirty walls, dirty old carpet, two naked lightbulbs (!) hanging off the ceiling the only source of light. The mirror light in the bathroom didn't work. Noisy old fridge which looked like there were some stickers peeled off it, which I had to unplug. Brick wall outside the window. I asked for another room, I was told there are no vacant rooms left. I asked if I could get a bedside lamp for reading, I was told that if I wanted a bedside lamp I should have booked a more expensive hotel (!). I have stayed in Earls Court area before, for similar price stayed in much nicer places. This was the most depressing, dirty-looking, tiny room I've ever stayed in. I was literally dreading going back there the second night. Booked this at the last minute as I was going to a 2-day training in London. Don't make the same mistake.

Breakfast was ok. When we arrived we had to wait for half an hour because there was no staff at reception - it was around 10pm. It was a long wait. The room was in the basement and it was stinky and very cold. The smell was probably due to mould, as the room was dump. There was a small electric heater but it looked very unsafe, so we only used it when we could keep an eye on it. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, the smell was really bad.

-Good location, not in the city center, but in tube zone 1, so it doesn´t take long to get there. The street from the tube station to the hotel has several pubs and restaurants, so it is quite convinient to have dinner before returning to the hotel. -Price is good when compared to other hotels in London, which is quite an expensive city. -Old hotel, the rooms were not in very good condition. -Very poor breakfast, consisted of two toasts with butter and strawberry jam, coffee, tea or chocolate and cereals. -Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned everyday.

You can check in anytime, and there is a 24h reception, so no limits on how long you can stay out. Very convenient location, close to a tube stop and a 24h convinience store and pharmacy located on the same block. Lots of different restauants and pubs within a short walking distance. On the first night the was a mix-up with our eservation and the four of us ended up having to sleep in a triple. But the mistake was fixwed promptly on the next day and the staff was mostly helpful.

Breakfast was enough and good per price you pay when booking and comfortable beds, which was the most important thing we were looking for. Water didn´t run well enough in the toilet, maybe cleaning could be better too.

This hotel is on two of the main metro lines, so very easy to get anywhere. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean hotel and don't need a butler or maid then this is for you! Handing over your keys at reception every time you leave is a bit strange especially when you come back late and have to wake up the guy at reception to open the door in his pyjamas.
