Great location for Chelsea FC games - will use the hotel again - but check the check out time when I get there and not reply on when booking my room.
When I made my booking it said that check out was at midday. However from 10.30am onwards we had cleaners and other staff knocking on our room door asking when we was leaving, did we have late check out? And someone asking to check the mini bar, I wouldn't mind but as I said when I made the booking it said that check out was at midday.
Parking was to expensive
The beds were amazingly comfortable (would like to know what the mattresses were?) Breakfast very good except it would be nice if you didn't have to order eggs individually as it takes too long.
Noisy people sitting outside Frankie's late at night!
The location close to the tube and central London.
Nothing really. Maybe a bit pricey.
Great location, excellent vibe and infrastructure. Definitely would stay there again!
Simply best ...
Duty manager resolved our issue by arranging the type of room we booked and confirmed there were double rooms available unlike what reception staff stated.
Reception staff sending us to a twin room when they knew we had booked for a double room. When we came back to reception to state we had booked double room they said they knew but there were no double rooms as they fully booked and that they cant do anything about it or refund our money for our booking.
Interesting location next to Chelsea Ftbal club, nice restaurants and bars close by.
Location was fantastic
Bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work
The staff was very helpful.
This is a very supportive hotel
nice location, large room
wifi access was dodgy at best. lobby area very small
All of it
staff were friendly
Breakfast was poor.
Poor Wifi access which is not acceptable in an hotel at this price.
All staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful with good English. Room very comfy.
I noticed some marks on Bathroom floor which did wipe off with a damp tissue so maybe mopping tiled floors. Sink in bathroom very slow draining.
If you like Chelsea FC then, obviously, the location is great
The hotel looked cheap and uncared for, pretty dilapidated, it was as if someone tried to make a hotel with the least amount of effort, and then did not really maintain it that well Understaffed, and the staff at reception at least were very slow and uninterested Room overlooked a brick wall All in all it was reminiscent of hotels in Moscow in the early 90s, which, maybe, is an appropriate comparison
I ordered a double bed and got a single (twin room). Was told by the guy on reception that the hotels were fully booked and so no other accommodation available. BUYERS BEWARE - In particular I was told that because I'd booked through booking.com I needed to take my complaint up with booking.com and not with the hotel. Very unhelpful! I have not slept in a single bed since I was 12!! Nothing good to say about this very expensive experience!!
Everything was good
Nothing at all
Rooms were fine - no bar open -
I am going to sue the hotel for unlawfully deducting 250 off my card for suspicion of smoking in one of the rooms - we didn't smoke and they had no right to do so - disgraceful
Breakfast was very poor
