It is located beside the tube station which was very important to us and also the staff were very helpful especially the concierge. We were within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. We loved it.

We attended the football match whilst there so it was convenient allround we would liked to be advised by Booking.com that there was no parking available on match days other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional help at reception to find a room for our daughter after a glitch between the hotel and Booking.com. Extortionate cost of Wi-Fi.

The bed was comfortable. There was a iron and ironing board which actually worked very well and was really handy for pressing a dress shirt as I was attending a black-tie event that night! The room was quite dark and a bit dingy. The carpets were badly marked in several areas. The room was really quite cold, even with the air-con on the warmest setting - albeit it was a very cold night in December.

Clean room well serviced every day Comfortable bed. Great Moisturiser. Good range of TV channels Having to go outside in the cold to get to the restaurant for breakfast in the Copthorne hotel. The Millennium hotel has no restaurant.Only 1 tea bag and hot chocolate sachet and only 4 milk.Long waits for taxis. Not much to see and do nearby. Porridge and full English breakfast brought together waitress and manager could not understand that the coooked breakfast would get cold whilst I ate my porridge.Problems with reservation - full English breakfast was included in the price but on my 1st and 3rd day the restaurant said that the computer showed continental breakfast

It was ideal as it was close to our house, but we just wanted to get away somewhere close. The main reason in staying at a hotel is because I have not been able to get much sleep over the past 2 weeks (due to work) and so we went to a hotel to have a good sleep and a long lie in as well. We had a Staff member repeatedly knock on our door at 08:00 until it woke me up and I had to answer. The staff member wanted to see what time I would be leaving??!! I said around 10:30 and then an hour later (09:00) she knocked on the door again and asked the same question. I was not impressed again and fairly fuming as it had fundamentally ruined my weekend and whole purpose in going there. I am not stupid and I know when check out time is, and even if I went over, I would care about paying additional charges. I will not be recommending this because of this, unless I received an apology or something else.

We stayed in the Millennium part of the hotel and was upgraded to a sutie on the 6th floor. The views across London were fantastic and the suite itself was very well provisioned. We dined at "Marco's" - the restaurant is right next to the hotel - and the food was outstanding. Additionally we attended a concert at "Under The Bridge". We really couldn't have picked a better location.

I thought that the staff were very welcoming and did seem to value our custom; which is rather nice compared to some other Hotels where we have been made to feel that we are sometimes an inconvenience! The only comment I would make here is that the comfort of the room is rather hit-and-miss. I am looking for a Hotel that I can stay in on my regular trips to London but I just feel that sometimes I am pleased with my room and other times not; and yet the price is always the same!

The location was convenient The staff were disorganised and rude, there was building work above our room starting at 7am. I booked 15 clients into the same hotel and we will not be using the hotel or the chain again.

Overall lovely hotel, just a short walk to the tube The shower was extremely disappointing no pressure so ended up with a dribble. Hairdryer too was rubbish! Unfortunately we were staying at hotel when Chelsea was playing at home, was overwhelming and a bit frightening at times with the crowds of people.

I booked the millenium hotel as a christmas present for my husband as I had also bought a package to the chelsea football match the following day. The location was excellent. The hotel room was excellent, and the staff were also helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served in the Copthorne hotel which was just a short walk across the road. The food was great as was the service. The only downside I found was the parking, although we did park at the hotel and were given a discounted rate, we were told that we had to leave by 11am. I had phoned the hotel about a month previous to to check on the parking facilities and was told that we could stay no longer than this as we had not booked the following night, but on arrival I asked the concierge who told me that I could have pre-booked up to 3 days before hand as there were spaces then!! They also close the Fulham road off an hour and a half before a football match, but we parked just down the road at the tube station which was 5 minute walk away from the football ground, but all in all an excellent stay.

The location and can-do attitude of most of the staff. The Inexperience from some of the reception desk staff and one was a bit 'short' with me. Difference between a $100-150 a night and a $300-400 a night maybe!?

Despite the fact that the hotel was a little outside "shopping" London it was easy to access with Taxi's and busses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is Restaurant’s, Pub's and a few convenience stores in the area around the hotel.

Quiet For £138 I would think breakfast should be included. £10 to service a room and they can't include a piece of toast and a cup of tea!! In the north of England I can get a fantastic room with a 3 course dinner and a full fantastic breakfast for £80. London is such a rip off.
