the hostess sue was very warm and friendly and helpful good location nice breakfast comfy beds room was warm in the evenings tv with freeview dvd player and ipod dock

Myself and my partner stayed at the chelston hotel on a weekend, Sue and Allun were so welcoming and were so friendly, they provided us with a lot of help as we had never been to blackpool! Would 100% go back to the hotel if I was to go back to blackpool!!

Sue & Allun greeted us with a warm welcome and you felt like you were visiting their home not a hotel. They were friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. They made you feel special. The place is spotlessly clean and we were impressed by this. Also impressed by getting clean towels on both nights of our 2 night stay. It was good value for money- breakfast was good too. Allun cooked a good breakfast while Sue ensures you get drinks and food you want. We would recommend them and will go back again.

Allan and Sue Was very helpful and friendly people, Great Food to set you up for the day,We Stayed 4 nights and had 2 change of bedding, Bar price was very good,(very cheap) Any one looking for a clean friendly break wouldn,t do better in a 5* hotel. We Will be going back. Fantastic.

Sue and Allun are very friendly and hospitable. They are welcoming and do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as they can. Nothing is too much trouble, and they put themselves out to meet any needs you may have. The breakfast is substantial and well cooked. Our room was lovely and warm.

Our room was on the small side, but as we were only sleeping there, it was a minor item.

Breakfast was excellent,friendly.pleasant,homely and very helpful,close to all amenities (10 mins walk).

The bed was smaller than a double as my wife is on the larger side she was frightened about falling out of bed which left her with very little sleep.Also my wife is disabled and a chair lift for the stairs would help a lot of people in the same situation.

It did exactly what it said on the tin. The staff were lovely.

Nice and friendly owners, rooms very clean and bright, bedding lovely clean and fresh, breakfast very tasty, relaxing atmosphere would go back again

Excellent hotel. Owners where very welcoming, helpful and room was great. Good value for money! Hotel has everything you need close to shopping and attractions etc... Will definitely book again and look forward to returning with the family. Thanks

I stayed there on a last minute break with my 6 year old grandson. Sue and Allun were very friendly and the food was good.

We liked the owners, as they were very friendly and thought that they should be running a 5* hotel as they know how to relate to customers.

* Internet access is very slow and hard to reach the top attic room and the bathroom/shower is very small so hard to move around in.
