Check-In Information:
Cheltenham Apartments will email a separate confirmation to you, this will include arrival instructions. These will ask you for an indication of your arrival time. You will then also be asked to call the apartment manager on your day of arrival (this number will be provided in the booking confirmation) to provide an exact time of arrival. The apartment manager will meet you at the property to welcome you into the apartment.
Please note that if you fail to call the apartment manager before your arrival, you may not be able to gain access to the apartment.
