Cheltenham Apartments will email a separate confirmation to you. This will include arrival instructions. These will ask you for an indication of your arrival time. You will then also be given an option to let yourself into the property (using a door entry system for which you will be given a unique code) or to be met and welcomed into the property by the property manager.
Please note that if you fail to call the manager before your arrival, you may not be able to gain access to the property.
