Good value at discounted rate. Comfortable clean rooms. Friendly Staff. Fair value bar menu well presented. Excellent breakfast. Outside of hotel did not present as well as Inside. Inside was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Would not be quite such good value at full rate. A la carte did not seem to include vegetables and seemed expensive so we did not try and so cannot comment on quality or value. |

Good Hotel, Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms spot on, very clean and comfortable, contempory decor, very nice, only had breakfast there, very nice, service excellent..... Location good for motorway, about 15 min drive to the centre of Cheltenham. |

Very high spec rooms and free wi-fi make this excellent value. Good, efficient service at breakfast. The only downside really is the location - traffic quite bad getting into Cheltenham at rush hour - but clearly this isn't the fault of the hotel! |

The rooms were very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Nice bath and shower products. Very large bed and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, they actually bring it to your table rather than buffet style. Hotel was very quiet and free parking was available. Perhaps the location. You needed to drive to cheltenham ( 10 mins away ) if you wanted to go out for dinner. Though the rooms and restaurant were lovely, the reception area was a bit plain. |

The hotel was very well presented and the staff were exdtremely friendly and helpful. Good location on the edge of Cheltenham town. Too far to walk but bus stop opposite and staff organised taxis for us at very reasonable prices. Wonderful stay! |

friendly staff, excellent refurbisment, i looked for the disable roo which is ideally suited on the ground floor mayb at 100 pounds per nite single supplement is a bit pricey in todays climate, but overall i have no complaints |

Beautiful and comfortable junior suite. Lovely breakfast served by very pleasant staff. Water in bath and shower not very warm at all - a big disappointment in an otherwise lovely room. |

The room had been recently refurbished to a very high standard and was extremely comfortable. Food was available in the bar, and the restaurant although there was no-one eating in the latter. Breakfast was included with a choice of full English or continental.Parking was plentiful. Our only comment would be that the reception areas were rather sterile and not very welcoming ie could have done with some plants/ flowers and maybe some soft background music. |

location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the cotswolds,the staff and the food were very good. we stayed in the prestbury suite and the room was lovely, the only down side was the shower was not working.asked at reception and said there have been problems with it previously |

Fantastic rooms with high comfort levels. We had a lovely quiet stay. The food was magnificent! First impression of outside of hotel was not good, but don't let this put you off. They've spent all their money on the rooms inside. |
