very cosy and clean,staff was very friendly and helpful and night poter was lovely maggie.food was very nice and tasty.

food was nice, and tasty,bit cold ,bacon and cabbage soup wasnt nice too salty and it would be nice if it was blended you cant beat tomato and basil soup or vegetable as long its blended

We stayed at the Cheltenham Regency Hotel to break our journey down to Devon and were very pleasantly surprised - going to a new place you are never sure what to expect...But we were not disappointed - the room was convenient and we had our evening meal in the Restaurant and again, we were very impressed...The young man who looked after us was very obliging and pleasant and the young girl who served us with Breakfast was also a very sweet girl, and obliging...We are in Business ourselves and notice things like Customer Service etc., having had our own Shops...A Very enjoyable overnight stop and we would have no hesitation in stopping 'mid-stream' with you again.

Clean bedroom comfortable bed

Hotel reception was like fawlty towers dont order breakfast in your bedroom unless you like it stone cold!

Location and friendly staff

We have stayed here twice and the rooms are very clean and the staff very attentive. The only problem being is that on our last visit we booked a junior suite !! where we where rudely awoken at 7 am By a lot of banging, which appears to be that the kitchen was directly below us. So just beware if you book the prestbury suite

the Breakfast hours are wrong should be extended to 10 30 each day there is no reason for not doing this .......none some water bottles left in room from day previous (very minor) More tv when racing is on in bars play back the racing from Cheltenham get them back to the Hotel

Suite was very well decorated and spacious. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

We found the hotel and its staff very good, our room was great, and the food very nice and well presented, we will be returning very soon, well done to all the staff.

Very comfortable huge beds, good quality bedding and pillows, clean (apart from some cobwebs on the light fitting) and nicely renovated. Good evening meal and breakfast.Best to order poached eggs as they are freshly cooked to order.

Some waitress staff were a little inexperienced but very pleasant.

It seemed very businessy, a real lack of atmosphere. No one in the dining room or pub on a Saturday night.

Very nice comfortable room

Had to send the evening meal back for one of us. Could not eat much of the other. Very odd combinations of taste and not cooked well. Breakfast was sloppy. Had to continuously ask for items that should have been provided - milk, butter, glasses.
