Excellent hotel, local transport regular for Cheltenham, runs till late at night, comfortable, clean, excellent service and excellent breakfast, reasonbly priced, comfortable.

Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Polite, friendly staff.

Well equipped very clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellently cooked breakfast, pleasant staff.

The look of the outside of the hotel made it look scruffy and uncared for.

Good locations. Very nice breakfasts.

Bar menu was quite expensive. Dvd play in my room was playing DVDs but not prodcing the picture on the tv. Apart from that, a pleasant experience.

The hotel is very convenient for the M5 motorway. Whilst not located in the centre of Cheltenham it is easy to reach the middle of town by either car or public transport. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and are of a good size. The staff were most friendly and helpful. A good breakfast.

The dining room was somewhat cold at breakfast time.

Value for money, location close to motorway, town and racecourse

Good value at discounted rate. Comfortable clean rooms. Friendly Staff. Fair value bar menu well presented. Excellent breakfast. Outside of hotel did not present as well as Inside. Inside was very comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Would not be quite such good value at full rate. A la carte did not seem to include vegetables and seemed expensive so we did not try and so cannot comment on quality or value.

Very high spec rooms and free wi-fi make this excellent value. Good, efficient service at breakfast.

The only downside really is the location - traffic quite bad getting into Cheltenham at rush hour - but clearly this isn't the fault of the hotel!

Hotel was great, friendly staff, room service was good. The beds are massive and the hotel rooms are fantatsic luxury.

The hotel was very well presented and the staff were exdtremely friendly and helpful. Good location on the edge of Cheltenham town. Too far to walk but bus stop opposite and staff organised taxis for us at very reasonable prices. Wonderful stay!
