Convenient location for visiting the Cotswolds, close enough to drive to Bristol or Cardiff. Staff is friendly and very efficient. Even though Internet access is provided a public access terminal somewhere (like a business centre) would be helpful. |

The Hotel was great for our needs, visiting family in the area. It is a little generic but great value for money, attentive staff, clean with good food served in the restaurant and at breakfast. |

Room was adequate; comfortable bed. Staffs' clothing and shoes, particularly in the restaurant were a disgrace. I'm sure they're cleaned rarely. Had thought to mention this to the Restaurant Manager but he looked even worse than the waiters/waitress. Shame on the Management! Classed as a 4star hotel, this simply isn't good enough. Management ought to introduce a daily inspections which should include staff members nails and hair as well as their clothing. Wouldn't stay there again and certainly wouldn't eat there. |

The restaurant staff made it very special, the pork dish was amazing. The headboard was not properly attached to the bed so every time you touched it it creaked. There were no teabags in the room (there was coffee there). My partner had the steamed beef pudding for dinner and he did not feel well all night. |

Visited Birdlip, Cirencester, Bibary, Bourton on Water, Stow, Morton on Marsh and some nice restaurants. There were several items either broken or not working - television not working had to be swapped from another room, which all took time as the swapped one needed 'resetting' (the person doing the swapping was very pleasant.) Toilet roll holder hanging down and so roll kept falling off - shaving mirror hanging off the wall - cover missing from over-bed light. Grouting in shower a bit grubby. |

I liked the setting of the hotel and it was easy to find. The layout of the hotel was good too. The staff were excellent, as were all the facilities. The price of the room was brilliant and it included breakfast too! The room was very comfortable. The shower was not very powerful but apart from that, the bathroom was lovely and clean. |

A new hotel with comfortable modern-equipped rooms and luxury 6 foot wide beds for a good nights sleep. The hotel was busy with familys but had good sound insulation. The breakfast was of a high standard. Uncommonly well-staffed reception with well-trained efficient and courteous receptionists A little lacking in character, particularly contributed to by the long narrow corridors. |

Rooms are very nice, TV's not tuned properly but working. The food in the restaurant was decent, but not great VFM. The quality of the food was good, but the menu was a dreadful mess. There were curries, steaks, bangers and mash none of the dishes related to any of the others, a bit like one of those aweful chain pubs .. Such a shame as the dinning room was very nice and the actual quality of the food was quite good. The chef can obviously cook, if only he had a style and stuck to it, the food could be quite excellet. |
