Zeer tevreden .Personeel heel vriendelijk. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, voorzien van vele gemakken als: kluisje, ijskastje, zelf instelb. Airco enz. Interieur heeft een warme uitstraling. Fijn buitenterras. Vrij gebruik van computer. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch.(cijfer10).Ligging hotel (buiten de bebouwde kom) ideaal voor uitstapjes in de cotswolds.

Bar meals service slow. We probably would have stayed for lunch on the Sunday if there had been a Sunday lunchtime menu with a roast.

Excellent Hotel. Staff are friendly. Rooms very spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is close by the bus route that provides easy access to Gloucester & Cheltenham. Realy enjoyed our stay

Courteous staff. The well stocked Buffet breakfast which I had every morning plus the fact that I could ask for a choice of Omelette which was absolutely delicious. Quite family friendly too because there was added facility on request to have your food warmed for you.

A very comfortable bed in a nice large room at the rear of the hotel wich gave us views over the countryside. A very helpful chambermaid. We liked the bathroom, with a sink that had a plug that didn't didn't leak and a shower that didn't let water ease out onto the floor. The barman, who was on duty for nights was excellent. The evening receptionist on our first night was very helpful. I had to leave early on the Sunday morning so needed breakfast in my room, but forgot to ask for tea with my order. Your staff covered all eventualities and gave me both, which my wife was very grateful for. Good food in the restaurant.

On arrival we sat in the lounge close to the restaurant. Between reception & the restaurant a tissue or paper serviette lay on the floor which couldn't be missed. A male with spiky hair, a suit that was too big for him and unpolished shoes, who was not wearing a uniform, (duty manager?), came out from behind reception & walked to the reataurant stepping over the tissue both going & returning. We were too tired too eat in the restaurant on the first night so ate in the bar. My wife ordered orzo pasta but instead was served penne pasta which is a huge diference in size. The cock & bull story from the kitchen was a change in supplier!! Do not treat the customer as ignorant. A Trading Standards officer may have teken it further. Not all gym equipment is cared for. We have an identical rower to yours and the chain on yours badly needs oiling. The shower & changing rooms looked tired & not particularly clean.

Everthing.The hotel was spotless. It was in a perfect location for all the places we wanted to visit. It was nice to come back each day and go and relax in the pool. The breakfast was the best we have experienced so far in our numerous weekend trips away.

Shame restaurant booked up so quickly, but it was Easter I suppose.
