A relaxed comfortable hotel within walking distance to the centre of town and also the parks. Off street parking. Lovely English breakfast. Pleasant staff. We felt that our bathroom was too small, very cheaply furnished and badly finished compared to the bedroom. |

The bedroom was spacy and the breakfast good. The location was excellent. Access from the car park is not well signed or lit. The greeting when we arrived was non existent. The woman behind the desk may not have had English as a first language, but did not stir herself or greet us in any way. I gave my name, and she handed a key over and pointed to the stairs. In all my years of staying in hotels, I never experienced anything like it. When my wife checked out the next day, a different, older, lady was on reception. She was English, but she did not ask my wife if she had a nice stay or whether there were any issues. The Cheltenham Chase hotel was much better in that regard and we would choose to stay there in future, despite the location being not as good for Cheltenham town centre. |

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was superb! Only the shower being in the room and the lack of privacy this afforded. |

Very smart hotel and perfectly located for the city centre. Extremely useful that the hotel provides you with a free parking permit. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. The beds in our room were a bit on the hard side |

I liked the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, also the location of the hotel - quiet yet near to centre. Furnishings not as luxurious as the room. Furniture provided not really suitable for watching TV, using table etc. Room was actually not as described in Booking.com voucher where it was described as a large apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities - it was a large room without kitchen or laundry. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms furnished to high standard and very clean. Could have done with more drawer space for clothes. Bed a little too firm. |

Our bedroom was pleasantly decorated and a lift was available to the lower ground floor for heavy cases. The cooked breakfast was of very good quality and both the dining room and lounge were attractively decorated. Free parking was available beside the accommodation. |
