It's a beautiful hotel, very nice decor, calm atmosphere, charming staff. My room was large and light with a magnificent bathroom. Good breakfast. Very good value. Unlined curtains let the light in, so I woke up too early. Although there is a lift, my 2nd floor room could only be reached by lift plus a flight of stairs. Not a problem for me but anyone with mobility problems should warn hotel in advance. |

clean room, good breakfast lack of wi-fi when it was supposed to be free, "double" bed was a twin bed with a join down the middle, weak shower, way too expensive for facilities on offer |

Liked the quiet, leafy neighborhood, with park nearby. Within walking distance to nice area of downtown. Fashionable, pleasing decor in the guest room and the lobby/lounge/breakfast areas. Checkout was 11 am, but our train didn't leave until after 1 pm, so we were allowed to relax in the lounge, read, etc., until our taxi came. We liked the breakfast, both the food and the setup. It was the best breakfast we had in the U.K. in terms of the cooked-to-order meal. No fault of the hotel, but wish it had been closer to the train station. One cab driver charged us 9.5, and the other charged us 7 for our two journeys between station and hotel. |

Good location, on site parking is a bonus in Cheltenham, staff were good, we were given a small token gesture discount for the points below. The room had a used plaster stuck to the inside of the shower. The bathroom isn't even a room, it's a weird bolt on separate sink/toilet area. The price was too high for the standard of the room. Finally the cooked breakfast was undercooked, mushrooms still raw! |

I thought the room was well appointed, the food supremely comfortable and the bed linen in great order. We arrived late evening after a very long drive and the welcome was less than warm.( Probabaly language problem) |

The room was very welcoming with a light airy disposition. It was clean and spacious. There are refreshment facilities in the room ro make tea or coffee. The bathroom was of generous proportion too. The hotel was in a perfect position to be in the centre within minutes, very central for all our needs. When we go back to Cheltenham we will definitely stay at The Cheltenham Townhouse. |

It was very nicely situated, close to town but in a quiet road. Parking was excellent but possibly one has to arrive early to be sure of a space. I could find nothing wrong with this hotel |

We liked the relaxing atmoshere of the hotel. Despite the fact that it was a very short stroll into town with all it's shops, bars and restaurants the hotel itself is set in a tranquil, leafy road with no through traffic. The decor is tasteful and good quality and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing |

Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff. Basement room on the small side and rather noisy in early morning, altho' this was reflected in the price. |

Wouldn't really class the so called 'executive' rooms as executive. More basic room style. |
