Clean tidy room ,, clean bed
Could do with a lick of paint
Late check in as we was stuck on motorways
No bath mat or hand rail in their
Not being able to get an evening meal as we never checked in till 6.45pm and dessert was being served. We had to walk miles up the street in the terrible wind to find a place to eat. We were not happy.
Good location, lift to all floors.excellent breakfast.
friendly staff good food great location
Clean comfortable and good value for money
Getting dated has that old musk
The staff very polite hotel was lovely.
Room was very basic But it was comfortable and the tea and coffee where a bonus And just found the room lacking in appearance and and clean could have been better but I still enjoyed my stay
Friendly staff. Good service.
The staff were very friendley, location was excellent tram and bus stop right outside the door
View from our room (214) was terrible, breakfast was abit of a shambles with two coach loads of pensioners not adhearing to there alotted breakfast times, the breakfast itself was loverley
all the staff were very helpful and always had a smile on there faces. I have told all of my friends that i rate this hotel very high and its the only place to stay in Blackpool keep up the good work
Staff there ror all needs
Bathroom bit small
Was very clean , nice breakfast ( when we eventually got served ! )
Very slow service sunday morning we had to eventually grab a waitress to take our order who appeared to be very much under pressure and actually snapped at me !! However our breakfast was lovely when we eventually for served
The staff were brilliant, very helpful, smiley and polite an told us a few nice places to visit. As a young couple we found a great, affordable price. The rooms felt like the comfort of your own home with a TV. It was lovely and clean when we arrived and check in and out time were better than what we had signed up for. The breakfast was nice, there is a good choice. The distance from all the entertainment is only a few stops by tram. Easy to find location, right beside the beach. We had a brilliant stay and will be staying here again next time! Thankyou
Breakfast being 8-9,too early for us!
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Good bus and tram service into Blackpool.
No chance to obtain any food on arrival. Very limited breakfast and dinner times. Very noisy in bar in evening. Salad was a bit past it's best. Cheese and biscuits was very minimalistic.
Every time we.ve been here we have a good time.we can not fault anything about this hotel. The staff are really friendly and can not do enough for you.we have stayed here now five times and every time we come we get the same treatment.thank you.
The rooms. The facilities. The breakfast. The reception staff. The lift. The hotel. This does not offer what it tells you before you book, there is another side to this hotel which is very very dated and nothing like the pictures or the write up but costs the same price, very decieving!
Room was not very clean hairs in bathroom.makeup on dressing table.bits of chocolate on carpet side of bed. Catered more for the coach travellers than the normal paying guests. Hotel was full so decided to stay just for the one night.
Rooms opposite could see directly into my bathroom window the window wasnt even frosted glass.
We did not like the fact you could not get lunch or dinner unless you were staying with a group. I think they should cater for all guests.
the situation and parking
breakfast could have been to a little later on sunday
location was great, nice and quiet at night
lift was broken ,room wasn't hovered
Clean and good location.
Basic breakfast menu. Dated decor. Staff smoking outside front entrance.
We have stayed at chequers before but we stayed over the other side of the hotel which is a little brighter and more modern in the rooms
The rooms we stayed in this visit were a little dated and in need of some new furniture otherwise they were clean tidy and comfortable we shall stay again
tram and bus stop across the road
there was a poor selection for breakfast
