The staff were helpful and friendly. Small touches would have been nice, i.e. bottle of water in room, decaff coffee, better milk for coffee. |

the quietness was good we were a distance away from the town centre so all we heard was the sea and the wind the staff were realy good mick the night dood was a gem staff in general v v good we booked a large room with a bay window at an extra charge but the shower was not working so we had to be moved to a smaller but still a good size room managed to get a discount due to moving to smaller room but we had to demand it there was no entertainment no evening meal option |

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us. The lady on reception was particularly good (Can't remember her name but I think she was Polish) When we asked about a local Cinema she googled it and printed out times for us. I also asked if there was scrambled eggs for breakfast and would have been fine if they would have said no but they made some for me especially! |

A lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Room was well equipped, clean and very pleasant. The breakfast was great with a good selection of cereals, fruit and cooked options. We visited for the Blackpool 10k race and the hotel very helpfully provided a place for us to leave our bags after checkout and allowed us to use their facilities to get washed and changed afterwards. |

the room was clean, tidy and really spacious. Having a side view of the seafront made it all the better. we wanted a pool table, there was one but in another part of the hotel in a dark and dusty cold room which was not accessible |

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The Hotel is in a good location at the quieter end of the resort and there are tram and bus stops right outside. The dining room was spacious and very pleasant and the breakfast was very good. A reasonably priced hotel. No. Though not luxurious the hotel is very comfortable and we considered it good value for money. |

Friendly staff at reception and in restaurant, problem with lack of milk in the bedroom tray, very quickly sorted. Room a bit hot, but window opened to cool down, seemed to be a bit short of breakfast staff on Easter Monday, and nobody came to serve in the bar at 10.20pm, seemed to be talking to two guests on their way up to their room. Didnt bother to buy a drink. |

Large comfortable lounge overlooking the sea. Breakfasts were excellent. Comfortable bar area. No evening meals available 15th, 16th, and 17th March. Not notified about this and it was a key factor, we understood evening meals were available in the restaurant. Guests were ordering in take- a- ways. The hotel however seemed able to accomodate a wedding in the restaurant during our stay. No alternative was offered on the 15th. however a limited bar menu was offered on the 16th. |

Nice clean bedroom and en-suite, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Nice bar in the evening. Ample parking. Room had good view. Generally a good experience. \\we had sandwiches and chips in the afternoon using room service. We got white bread instead of the granary we requested. The bread was very stale and and I got chicken and mayo instead of the coronation chicken on the menu. I think the sandwiches were made with margerine - yuk. The chips were totally undercooked and were hard. |
