Staff were very helpful when there were problems the bed was very comfortable Breakfast very expensive - only wanted a bowl of cereal due to being there on business but it would have cost £8! the room was very small & the 'desk' was a dressing table with an uncomfortable chair - not very helpful for working in the room. The shower head was fixed & not practical for female visitors. |

The staff serving food and bar were very attentive. The hotel was lovely and full of character with flagstone floors and had been done to a high standard with good attention to detail. |

Friendly staff very welcoming, nice cosy bar and bar food very good value. Restaurant. The food was very good but a bit pricey and no a la carte (set 3 courses). Coffee was not included and no expresso! . |
