We loved the Cheriton House. The owner was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. She was also knowledgable about what was going on in Bath, and helped us organise our plans a bit better. The hotel itself is lovely and is only a short distance from the city centre (though, admittedly, we got a taxi back with all our bags of Christmas shopping because the walk back is uphill!). Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely highly recommend the hotel to others and we intend on returning ourselves. |

It was described as a hotel - it was not -it was only an average B&B. It was described as being 10 Minutes walk to the city centre - more like half an hour! |

Just as we had hoped! The hotel suggests that it has all the facilities readily available - it does! The bedroom (king) was large, but cosy and the en suite very clean, the shower was hot and enormous. The breakfast was plentiful abd well cooked, with a daily change of hot food. The walk into town was good exercise. |

Room was clean, comfortable and well heated. Breakfast was lovely. Host very friendly. A minor point in that the tv was positioned so far away across the room you need binoculars to see it from the bed. |

Our room was spotless and very well presented, the food was outstanding and the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The location was exactly what I was looking for: a quiet location, yet only a 10 minute walk to the town. |

The owners were welcoming and charming,as well as having a good sense of humour, and the facilities were excellent. One thing, however, Cheriton House is not a hotel, but a Guest House or B & B, but excellent in every way |

Both John and Iris were excellent hosts and made our stay at the Cheriton a fabulous experience. The breakfast was excellent and it is only a ten minute walk down into the town and is an excellent base to stay to see the South West and surrounding areas. The walk back up the hill is not to be sniffed at but that is the only groan we had |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The choice of breakfast was excellent and the cooked breakfast was very very good. Breakfast was only served between 8am and 9am so there was not much scope for a "lie in". Also would have preferred to be a little closer to the Centre of Bath as the walk back to the hotel was up steep hills. |

Enter an atmosphere of period charm in Dorian House, built of Bath stone circa 1880. It is a fine example of victorian architecture at its most elegant, retaining all of its original features. |
Fabulously located on Royal Crescent, this elegant hotel has superb dining and a sophisticated spa hidden away in its stunning secret gardens. |
In a quiet location, close to the heart of this historic city, this beautifully preserved Georgian townhouse is just a 2-minute level walk from Bath’s shops, the abbey and the Thermae Spa. |
This beautifully preserved Georgian mansion is set in 24 acres of gardens and parkland, only 10 minutes drive from the M4 motorway and only 5 minutes from Bath city centre. |
